La Douce Olivette is located in a village in the Narbonne region, just 20 km from the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean. Its convenient location and comfortable accommodation will charm you during your stay. There are many places to visit nearby: Roman-era Narbonne and its remarkable heritage, the villages of the Minervois, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its Port du Somail, the picturesque village of Gruissan, the landscapes of the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, and the Sigean African Wildlife Reserve. A wonderful itinerary for your holiday! Staying here also means discovering the local region and its wine. The village has plenty of shops: supermarkets, restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar, a bakery, a pharmacy… everything you need. On-site, the holiday rental features a large private outdoor area with a terrace equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue so you can fully enjoy your meals. A private (above-ground) pool is available for you to cool off and relax after a day of sightseeing; it’s open from May through the end of September (weather permitting). Parking is private and secure within the property. The air-conditioned cottage features the following on the ground floor: - A living room with a sitting area (sofa and smart TV), a fully equipped open kitchen, and a dining table, - A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, toilet, and sink, Upstairs: - A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a smart TV, - A second bedroom with a 160x190cm bed and a smart TV, - A separate toilet, - A separate bathroom (double sinks and shower), - A third bedroom, a beautiful and spacious master suite with a 180x200cm bed, a smart TV, a work area, and an adjoining private bathroom (a whirlpool tub with jets to help you relax and unwind, and a sink). Baby gear available upon request. The cottage is located a short distance from the owners’ home on the same property. It shares a wall with another cottage, but each is completely independent.
