Sunrise Oasis! Large 4 Bedroom, 3 bath with pool - Lakefront

This large, unique, main body lake house is located waterfront on the north end of Lake Granbury. Wake up to some of the most amazing sunrises you could ever imagine. Jump in a kayak to enjoy the open waters. Utilize our boat dock and the community boat ramp to launch your Sea-Doo, wakeboard or fishing boat. Our cozy, vibrant, large beautiful home is a perfect getaway for families, friends, girls' weekends, small groups, and more. Super close to downtown Granbury, extremely quiet...just perfect for a long getaway from the big city with friends or family.

Our lake house includes 4 bedrooms with a bonus sleeping room off the master and 3 full bathrooms. We provide all bedding and bath towels (bring your own swimming towels). The house also includes a swimming pool, boat dock with 2 cleats to tie-up a boat or jet-ski, 2 kayaks with paddles, 4 basic life-jackets, BBQ grill and community boat ramp just 100 yards away. Our house is located just 4.5 miles or a short 9-minute drive from the Granbury downtown square which is famous for amazing shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and unique experiences. Also, just outside the neighborhood is a small, local, grocery store that is extremely convenient for any missing items. Spectrum WiFi and password is provided for guests.

House is equipped with a full-service kitchen which includes a gas 4-burner stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, large stainless kitchen sink, plates, cups, common utensils, etc. Dining room table just off the kitchen with seating for 6. Living room has 2 sofas, leather recliner, and love seat. 42" TV in living room with Amazon Firestick and DVD player. House also comes with a full-size washer and dryer.

Bedroom Overview:
Our lake house has 4 bedrooms and also a bonus sleeping room located off the master bath. The master bedroom, located upstairs, with an amazing view of the lake has a king size bed. Also included in the room is a small love seat and recliner. The bonus room off of the master bath has a full-size bed and a twin bed which is a perfect overflow room for kids. The master bath has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink vanity. There are 2 additional bedrooms located upstairs. One bedroom has a full-size bed while the other bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that has a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin size on the top. A full-size bath with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink is also upstairs to service the additional bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a large bedroom with a queen bed and full-size bath with tub/shower, toilet, and sink vanity just off the hallway.

Outside overview:
Outside is where the most time will be spent! Enjoy the most gorgeous sunrise from our boat dock. The outside covered patio has a glass table with 6 patio chairs where the day can be spent playing games or watching the large number of birds, ducks, and geese pass-by. There is also a 2-seat patio lounger, perfect for reading a book or watching kids play and 2 large white Adirondack chairs. A basic propane BBQ grill is also provided for guests use or feel free to bring your own grill, smoker, or griddle if you prefer.

***Our lake house is located in the neighborhood of Oak Trail Shores. It is important to know that this a modest neighborhood with some houses that need work or cleanup as you drive in. The waterfront homes surrounding us are weekend homes of friends that live in the DFW area and extremely well kept. The house comes with lots of parking places for guests and a gate that can be closed completely.

Please note that this a quiet, family neighborhood. We love our home and are excited to offer it up to others to make lasting memories. We are looking for a group to truly take care of it like it was their home. No loud parties and no loud music after 10pm. If you are looking for a place to have a "rager"...this is not your spot.
