Visit our newly renovated bungalow near downtown Urbana, University of Illinois campus, hospitals and walking distance to farmer's market. Bus lines on the corner.

The home sits next to a beautiful public park with basketball and tennis courts, pavilions and playground equipment.

The feel of the home is cozy, relaxed and CLEAN! We pride ourselves on clean! The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked and ready for you (coffee, toaster, all appliances, pots/pans, cooking and eating essentials, towels, shampoo, conditioner. If we don’t have it, we are happy to make every effort to get it to you. You are our guest! We want your stay to be 5 star!

I will be available in person by phone/text/e-mail leading up to, during, and after your stay. This property is .5 miles from downtown Urbana, the Lincoln Square Mall and Farmers Market, Common Ground Food Co-op, a dozen downtown bars and eateries, and 3 miles from the University of Illinois campus. The cottage is located immediately next to public transportation, Champaign-Urbana MTD bus service, uber/lyft are also available. There are 4 parking spots available for guests.
