Please Note:
- Pets must be approved. - Strictly no smoking of any kind indoors. - A property across the street from the back of the house is under construction. Aspen has a very strict construction noise policy, and there there are 10 foot sound absorbing walls surrounding the site, as well as limited daytime hours that work may be done. It does not face any bedrooms, and we have not received any concerns about noise from our guests, but we wanted you to be aware.

We had a group of family and friends and found this property to be perfect for our needs. The hot tub in the backyard was great, the location ideal in town and rooms comfortable. A lot of great living space and a well kept property.
Well-stocked historic house a short walk away from downtown Aspen! Check-in and -out were a breeze and the property manager, Adam, was super responsive. Great experience!
This house is perfect for a family with multiple bedrooms and is very spacious. We did a 10 day stay and it felt like home. Very conveniently located, a few minute walk / bike to everything in town and super easy to get on hiking trails. Highly recommend

Our family of 6 loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat. Excellent location, beautiful design, and friendly host all made our family stay enjoyable. Walk into town/restaurants/grocery, around the corner to bus stop to Snowmass skiing, and well stalked kitchen all made our stay so nice. Thanks!

Hi Jake! Thank you for staying with us! I apologize about the roadwork... The City put new sewer lined throughout the entire neighborhood but it is done now so we can now flush without fear. :) Hope to see you guys again soon!
This house has a great set up for an active family visiting Aspen. The BRs have are spread out, clean and so comfortable - great bedding! The split LRs allowed for parents and adult sons and friends to relax separately after skiing (both LRs feed into the central kitchen). We easily walked to/from ski bus with equipment each day (2mins) and walked out for nightlife in town each night (5mins). Mark was easy to deal with and has a VERY responsive And available manager in Adam. We will be back!

Thank you Jacquelyn! I hope you enjoyed the holidays in Aspen, and we're looking forward to hosting you again.
Every detail was perfect for all ages. The house is recently updated, the kitchen is stocked with all tools for cooking and it has every supply or convenience item you could want or need. The smart TVs were great for our kids to watch Disney+ or YoutubeTV from our own accounts. The backyard is lovely with an outdoor fireplace and hot tub. You can’t beat the location. You can walk right to a trail that takes you to the grocery store in 5 minutes or hop on your bike and take it to the Rio Grande Trail. You’re right next to two playgrounds (but not TOO close) and the Aspen Institute. We had the best experience with the owner and the property manager. They were accommodating and quick to respond. We would definitely rent here again in a heartbeat!
