My home is my happy house! I bought to live in it, but due to my my 92 year old father needing care, I am currently living elsewhere. In turn, I am sharing the beautiful space with others. The kitchen is open to living area and no upper cabinets, so you can view the beautiful outdoors. Lots of space in bottom cabinets. The island is 12 feet long and can accommodate a lot of stools. Double story free stacked fireplace. French doors open to backyard which is fenced in. BBQ grill and table and chairs provided. The house feels like home and everyone who has ever stayed there has loved it. I have several repeat clients. Located in the West End and 1 1/2 blocks from bus stop.

Great location, convenient parking, fenced yard were all really nice. Host and property manager were easy to deal with and very communicative. If you stay here, be sure to bring all bath toiletries including hand soap, as some of the bathrooms didn't have that basic. Otherwise, it was well-appointed.
We stayed here for X Games with our family. The location is perfect, so close to the bus stop, and an easy walk into town. And if you like to walk, Buttermilk is about 2 miles away. The house has a big kitchen/ family room with a fireplace and large dining table - perfect for gathering. The master bath is large and gorgeous. Great for a family with kids!
My brother and I had a guys’ ski weekend and stayed in this lovely home. I have only superlatives to offer. The home is roomy, beautifully appointed in every respect, and has a gourmet kitchen. The bed linens and towels are great. The fireplace is large and provides a wonderful spot to gather. The home is a lovely neighborhood. The home is about a block from the stop for the local transit system which can take you to downtown or the other mountains. I highly recommend this property.

PERFECT location + comfortable family house
Pam's house in a perfect spot for a family traveling to Aspen. Bedrooms are comfortable and private. The master bathroom with its huge tub and steam shower is an oasis. The walk in closet makes you feel comfortable, rather than crammed into a hotel room. Our teens ended up sleeping in the basement playroom the entire trip. The separate guest apt is an ideal in-law suite. Most of all, the kitchen is a dream. It is fully equipped with every conceivable gadget and tool, making for a great times making pancake breakfasts before hitting the slopes or big family dinners at night. Speaking of equipped, from the steam vaporizers in the bedrooms to the yoga mats, this home has almost everything you'd ever need in an Aspen vacation spot. Would highly recommend the house to anyone.

The loveliest place in the West - Aspen that is!
OK, where to start. The convenience of this jewel to all the local "wild life" is perfection. Close enough for a brink after dinner walk home but off the Main St path to provide you "cabin in the woods" comfort. Upon arrival you are immediately stricken with a sense of "home sweet home". The beautifully appointed living room reveals itself as both understated elegance and Western chic. I was planning soon after arrival to run to the grocery store for some kitchen staples but upon inspection I was delightfully surprised to see the kitchen well stocked with more than the basic spices, disposable kitchen supplies and a welcoming basket of fresh fruit and bottled waters. When selecting which bedroom to use(of the 4 present at the house!), your job isn't made any easier by the plethora of flat screen TVs, designer bathrooms and spacious closets. Each bedroom as its own appeal and views. Lastly the "small" things, such as full size water conserving washer/dryer, Internet Wifi, and hundreds of cable TV stations to round out your ease of stay and thoughtless concern over the usual mundane concerns of renting a vacation home make this gem the have to return again and again location for anyones Western vacation.

What a great stay! Thanks to a great owner!
Pam's home was perfect! The listing above does a great job showing how beautiful, spacious, luxurious, and convenient the home is; beyond that I wanted to make sure to explain some of the added value that is not obvious until you stay there and what a delight pam was to work with.
We had a college reunion their during last ski season with 12 people traveling from NYC, LA, San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas and Denver. First off this comfortably accommodated the twelve of us -- at no point did we feel cramped (would also bring the family there not just for couples). The house includes bedding and towels that I can only compare to 5 star boutique hotels. As you can see in the pictures the kitchen is beautiful and nicely flows into the living room and dining room for spacious and high-end space for large dinners, drinks, games, etc. Pam's street is great and her neighbors seemed genuinely pleased to see people from out of town.
We all know how great Aspen is for restaurants, art, shopping, night life, but some of the best skiing is not just at Aspen Mt. but also the Highlands and Snowmass. Because this property is on the west side of town you are in walking distant to everything great Aspen has to offer but a quick, traffic-free, drive / bus to the Highlands and Snowmass (this where people the know the area want to be).
Finally Pam is excellent! She went above and beyond to assure we enjoyed are stay. There was even a point (before I had signed the contract) another renter offered her more money and a longer stay in the home but she gave us first right of refusal because we approached her first ( this was after I sat on the contract for days and Pam was well within her rights to rent elsewhere). She made sure everyone had what they needed and was always available. I have been going to Aspen my entire life and staying at Pam's and working with her will maximize your trip to this great town. Thank you, Pam.

Photos don't do this property justice.
I would have to say that the photos that accompany this listing don't do it justice. This was my first time visiting Aspen, and I had no idea how conveniently located this residence is. It was walking distance to downtown Aspen and great restaurants, It was also a very short drive to the airport and Buttermilk mountain. The Mountain views from the second floor windows were awe inspiring, and help set the tone for many a great day spent in the Rockies. The space inside was open an welcoming, and the appliances, especially the stove and the fridge were top notch. It also appears that the owner upgraded the furniture from the images listed on the site. I was in Aspen on a business trip this time, but would love to come back with family in tow in the future. The owner and house manager were both friendly and professional. I would recommend this place again and again!

Completely delightful Aspen ski adventure!
My wife and I have visited Aspen in January for over a decade. We normally stay in hotels in town. My brother and the property owner are friends and that's how we found out about the rental home.
We just left Aspen after a wonderful ten day stay. This beautiful home is located in the tony West End residential neighborhood, a short walk into downtown, a couple of blocks from the Main Street buses, and 1.5 blocks from the bus stop to Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. The neighborhood itself is charming, quiet, and a delight to explore on foot.
The home is well represented by the online photos and completely met our expectations. We took the master bedroom/bath and during our stay friends and family joined in, occupying the remaining three bed/bath options. This worked very well because everyone had the option for privacy as desired.
The contempory kitchen, classic dining and living areas on the main floor have an open layout which we thoroughly enjoyed during the morning and evening when everyone was in and out for breakfast or cocktails. We usually dine in town for dinner, many great restaurants there, but the house layout enticed us to dine in several nights. It worked great for casual group dinners.
We and our guests raved about this lovely home and how delightful it was to stay there. We all plan to return in the fall!
Rental arrangements with the owner and house manager were professional, friendly, and designed for our enjoyment. A total win win. We highly recommend this property.
I have a few more words left so I'll also recommend these restaurants: Cache-Cache, Casa Tua, Brexi, Matsuhisa, Ellina, Ajax Tavern and Pine Creek Cookhouse. And of course the J Bar and Jimmy's. Our favorite ski mountain is Highlands.
To conclude, this home is warm and inviting, well laid out and maintained, and located in a great walking neighbor. Staying here with friends and family gave us an added richness to our Aspen ski adventure. We'll be back!
