Luxurious Riverfront Modern Mountain Townhouse, Downtown Aspen - walk everywhere

We did a complete top to bottom remodel of our light-filled, large and cozy townhouse which is located over 2 stories with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The great room overlooking the river is perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day on the mountain -- summer or winter. The pool and hot tubs -- yes tubs -- only add to the fun !!

Every bathroom has heavenly heated floors !!

We are just 1.5 blocks to City Market and the center of Aspen. You don't need a car but we have parking. You are an easy walk to all of the restaurants and nightlife in town.

Perfect for families or couples !!

WE DO TAKE ONE NIGHT RENTALS, BUT NOT IN ADVANCE -- REALLY ONLY A FEW DAYS BEFORE.

Our townhouse is really a HOUSE !! There is so much private space and social space -- and even outdoor, riverfront space !! It is great for 4 couples or 2 families or somewhere in between !!

There is plenty of storage !!

The heated pool and hot tubs are HUGE !!! This is an all season condo. As good in the summer as in the winter !! We are an easy stroll to everything you want to do in downtown Aspen and as locals ourselves -- we will share with you all of Aspen's wonderful secrets !!

Downtown Aspen is Amazing !!! Matsuhisa, Casa Tua, Ajax Tavern -- OH MY !!! We will send you a list of everywhere to go !!

There are free ski buses and you can walk to everything !!

Our host was excellent! She was very responsive before and during our stay. The property was in good condition and the location could not be better. It was walkable to most things, especially the grocery and liquor store. It also had ample parking in case you leased a vehicle. The beds were comfortable and the unit had ample towels and supplies. We had a group of 8 adults (4 couples) and the space was more than enough. Thank you again for allowing us to stay.

Great Location and size in town

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home right by the Roaring Fork River. You can hear the sound of the river as you fall blissfully asleep and also be within walking distance to town. What more can you ask for on a lovely summer day in Aspen. With four bedrooms, our family of 8 was comfortable and had plenty of space. The family/living room has a couch that you can just get lost in and we enjoyed a movie night or two with the entire crew. Thank you for sharing your home!

Summer 2019

Fantastic Property! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with even several weeks before we arrived when I had questions. We stayed in the home with 4 adults and 4 children (age 3 & 5) and halfway through the trip we had our nanny and still had plenty of room for everyone. The home is exactly as listed. Great location for summer. We only used our car for airport transportation and driving out to further away trailheads. Thank you Elizabeth for opening your home to our family! We will definitely be back!

We were a party of 10 well traveled women getting together for a 30th and Riverfront was perfect. Easy access to hiking, shopping and restaurants. Pool and hot tub great options after being on the mountains. Beds comfy with nice linens. Bathrooms lovely....it matters! Clean and above all, the host, Elizabeth was responsive and gracious.

Fabulous stay at Roaring River Fork Condominium

Fabulous Condo in fabulous location in Aspen. Beautiful deck overlooking river. Spacious condo easily accommodated 3 adult children and spouses. Easily walkable to mountains, Gondola, town, restaurants, shopping and transportation to Aspen Music Festival. Well stocked kitchen, but all we used was refrigerator and Nespresso machine! Host provided many helpful suggestions re:Aspen and allowed us to store bags in condo until late afternoon flights. Can't wait to return!

We fell in love with this townhouse because of the river and the amazing layout of the condo and the huge swimming pool !! We improved things with our top to bottom remodel that allows 12 people to stay comfortable in the condo. We dream of living there !!

Sleeps 12 !! Gorgeous River View on 2 levels. Gourmet kitchen. Huge pool and 2 hot tubs. Amazing entertaining area. Gorgeous design and decor.
