ONLY 15MINS TO WEIRS BEACH. CLOSE TO GOLFING, OUTLET SHOPPING AND ALL HIGHWAYS. YOU CAN SWIM AND FISH RIGHT OUTFRONT OR ENJOY WINNISQUAMS CLEAN SANDY BEACH ONLY A FEW HOMES AWAY TO WALK OR DRIVE TO AS THERE IS PARKING. ALSO A RAFT TO SWIM AND DIVE FROM..
