Beautiful, cozy house nestled on almost 4 privates acres surrounded by wildlife with 1045 feet of waterfront. Only one mile from Weirs Beach, Thurston's Marina, miniature-golf, drive-in theater, and waterslides. 4 bedrooms 3 baths a dock to launch our paddle boards and kayaks which come with your rental to use. A nice fire pit to sit an relax while sitting next to a warm fire. Home is completely furnished with all you need to just relax and enjoy.

Garage Use Notice 🚗 Garage floor fresh coat of paint. We ask that you do not park any vehicles inside the garage during your stay, use the driveway. — Your Host 🏡Do not park your car in our garage

🗑 Trash: Use the barrel provided. On the day of your departure bring the barrels to the end of driveway by the mail box -Trash is collected regularly — Feel free to text me.

We love to be near the water which is why we own a lake house in Laconia and a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in Aruba which is also direct ocean front. Can't say enough about waking up and just taking in the views that our beautiful homes offer.
