Apartment Linda: Modern 1 room apartment at the spa park, completely renovated in 2016, WLAN! The apartment has just been completely renovated and very high quality (2016). The 1-room apartment with its large living room and a wooden floorboards provides a friendly living environment. The modern tiled bathroom has a window and a bathtub. The balcony is south facing and invites you to relax. A washing and drying room is available for common use in the basement. A private parking space is located in front of the house, on request, an underground parking space can be rented.

The apartment is located in a charming apartment house in a quiet cul de sac right on the park. The city center with the historic Markstrasse is easily accessible via the Ludwig Promenade. The Kurhaus with its many attractive events, the Wandelhalle and the Kurpark as well as the Alpamare are in the immediate vicinity. In Isarwinkel there is always the right sport offer. In winter u. a. Skiing, in summer hiking and cycling.

Gerne wieder!

Hübsches, voll ausgestattetes Apartment, sehr sauber! Uns fehlte nur etwas Licht, die Beleuchtung ist gemütlich, war uns aber zu dunkel. Gute Lage, mit einem kurzen Fußmarsch ist die Stadtmitte zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es freut uns, dass der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Wir haben die Wohnung mit einer weiteren sehr starken Standlampe ausgestattet, so dass der Raum jederzeit sehr hell erleuchtet werden kann (auch im Sommer, wenn die Bäume vor der Wohnung sehr viel Blätter tragen).

L'appartamento é pulito e ben fornito con tutto il necessario. Purtroppo in questa stagione é poco luminoso.Qualche volta non é facile trovare un parcheggio auto nelle vicinanze

Thank you for the feedback! We installed an additional very nice and powerful lamp, so that the room could be very bright also in the summer time, when the trees in front of the balcony have a lot of leaves. We can help you any time to find a parking spot nearby!

Wohlfühl-Wohnung

Die FeWo ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles, was man benötigt, ist reichlich vorhanden. Auch das, was man gar nicht erwartet, z.B. Kerzen und Begrüßungsgetränke. Das Bett ist hervorragend, auch für uns ältere Menschen rückenfreundlich... Die Vermleter*innen sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Es tut uns leid, dass dem Gast scheinbar der Aufenthalt nicht gefallen hat. Warum, wissen wir leider nicht. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von dem Verhalten des Gastes und können vor Frau Carola H. nur warnen! Vor dem Aufenthalt wurden viele Sonderwünsche geäußert, die wir versucht haben alle zu erfüllen. Nach Anreise hat der Gast jede Kontaktaufnahme blockiert bzw. nicht beantwortet. Die Wohnung wurde verdreckt hinterlassen und die Kurtaxe wurde nicht bezahlt. Erst unter Zuhilfenahme von Fewo-direkt.de wurde mehrere Wochen nach Aufenthalt die Gebühr von Frau H. beglichen.
