The apartment has just been completely renovated and very high quality (spring 2015), u. A. New fitted kitchen, and modern-Bavarian furnishings. The living area has large windows and the real wood plank floor provides a bright and friendly living environment. The modern tiled bathroom has a window and a bathtub. The large balcony is facing east and invites you to relax comfortably. A washing and drying room is available for common use in the basement. A private parking space is right in front of the house, on request, also an underground parking space to be rented.

The apartment is located in a charming apartment house in a quiet cul de sac bordering the park. The city center with its historic market street is easily accessible via the Louis Promenade. The Kurhaus with its many attractive events, pump room and the spa gardens and the Alpamare are nearby. In Isarwinkel there is at all times the right sports. In winter u. A. Skiing, summer hiking and cycling.

Prima Kurzurlaub

In der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Bei einem Kurzaufenthalt passen auch drei Personen gut rein. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Einziger "Störfaktor" war die Baustelle gegenüber, auf der schon um sieben morgens gearbeitet wurde.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend (für Eltern mit Kind eher zu eng). Schöne Lage.

Die Wohnung ist hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne, ruhige Lage, fast direkt am Kurpark und 15 Minuten zu Fuss in die Innenstadt von Bad Tölz. Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ein guter Bäcker, Metzger und ein schönes Cafe (mit leckeren bayrischen und österreichischen Strudeln, Kuchen etc.), fast um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und hat uns mit Stadtplan und vielen Informationen vesorgt. Einziger Nachteil: das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist hellhörig und besonders die Jalousien des gesamten Hauses machen einen ziemlichen Krach, wenn man sie bedient. Ansonsten kann man die Wohnung für zwei Leute wirklich empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Die Fewo war gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht war vorhanden.

Kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Der Weg morgens zum Bäcker beträgt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lokalitäten in der Marktstraße sind fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Prospektmaterial ist in der Fewo großzügig vorhanden. In der Wohnung steht eine kleine Flasche Wein als Gastgeschenk zur Verfügung.

Einfach eine positive Erfahrung für mich als eine Person. Als Paar hätte mich gestört, dass die Betten getrennt waren.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für 2

Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt sowohl zum Vermieter als auch zur "guten Seele" vor Ort war korrekt, herzlich und immer auf Antwort und Hilfe bedacht. Es war ein schöner grosser Balkon an der Ferienwohnung dabei, der fast ganztägig für schöne Sonnenstunden sorgte. Parkplatz wurde bei Ankunft fest zugeteilt. Küche gut ausgestattet (ohne Ofen), Bad mit Badewanne schön gross, Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ausreichend. Im Wohn/Essraum/Küche befand sich ein erweiterbarer Tisch, ein TV, ein Sofa und viiiieeeelllll Info - Material. Das Sofa könnte durchaus bequemer sein. WLAN guter Empfang. Der Weg in die Altstadt beträgt ca. 15 Min. und führt durch das Kurviertel. Lage also ruhig und Stadtnah. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, gerne empfehle ich diese Wohnung weiter. Danke nach Bad Tölz und dem Vermieter ☺

Rundum zufrieden in Bad Tölz

Wir waren Mitte August für zwei Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Gute Lage in einer Sackgasse in Parknähe. Restaurants in Fußgänger-Entfernung, die schöne Bad Tölzer Innenstadt eigentlich auch (ca. 1200m). Vera (63) und Ludwig (69)
