Renovated and air-conditioned house 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the city centre and the lake.
With private parking on a large shaded plot. The house is entirely on one level with large openings for your comfort,
House with three outdoor terraces, equipped with a plancha and a barbecue. Large outdoor tables and lounge for a relaxing moment with a direct view of the dunes of the Sables beach.
The house has 3 large independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
Wifi is free access and there are 2 TVs
First season for rent, you will have at your disposal all the crockery and kitchen utensils for a stay with others.
Provision of a hairdryer and sheets if you wish.
Close to the golf courses of Molliets and Hossegor.
