Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All furniture be put back in original place. All dishes that do not fit in dishwasher are to be cleaned and put up back in original place.
Do Not make beds that are used and do not strip the beds. Housekeeping will take care of bedding. All towels to be put in the shared bathroom tub/shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This condo located on the 3rd floor on the end gives you a great view of the white beautiful sand of Alabama from all directions of the condo from the bedrooms to the Livingroom. The peaceful sounds of the waves is a wonderful way to spend your time while relaxing! Just a short walk to the indoor pool and sauna or the outdoor pools and the beach! This condo is fully stocked for you to have just about everything you need in a home away from home. New updated bedding to décor and beautiful furniture to enjoy. This condo is located close to everything! Grocery stores to restaurants and shopping. Staying in shape is important to you while on vacation there is a gym located on the property along with a basketball court/ tennis court.
