Should you want to venture off the property, you’ll find lots to see and do nearby. With two beach access points less than half a mile away, spend lazy days soaking up the sun. Hike, bike, or paddle board through Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, then head to 3 Sons Bar-B-Q or Stinky’s Fish Camp for a sampling of the area’s tastiest food!.



Pets must be under 75 lbs, and the non-refundable pet fee is a $300 addition included in the rate for all bookings made after July 15, 2025. If you are not bringing a pet, call us to have this removed.



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Maximum of 3 cars! No street parking, no parking in the yard or across the street. Garage and 2 cars in the driveway only.



This property is under 24 hour video surveillance. Cameras are pointed away from the home and do not face any interior areas.

This is a beautiful home in a great small beach community. The home is very clean. It has all the updated amenities one would need. Very close to the beach, short drive or easy walk. Tons of great food options nearby. Close to Destin & PCB. Would highly recommend this location.

Great Location!

Love that this home is pet-friendly and so close to the beach. We have stayed at this home several times and it never disappoints. It's clean and has a tv in each bedroom (living room and outside porch as well). Looking forward to our next stay!

Conveniently located property just a short walk to the beach. House was perfect for 6 adults and one infant. Great common space which easily accommodated us all.

Great house and location

We had a great experience at the Serenity Now house. It is very clean with comfortable places to eat, sleep, relax and hang out. We especially enjoyed the private back yard and large screened porch. The location is very convenient. There are several close beach access points, one is within walking distance and the others have parking lots if you need to drive. We rented bikes and got to the beach in less than 5 minutes. We could also bike down to Gulf Place for lunch or dinner in no time. The house is also just a quick drive to the grocery or the Grand shopping center on Hwy 98. All in all, we would highly recommend renting this house and enjoying 30A here. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect location, literally, and great home. Just a 2 minute drive to park and get out at the beach. Also, just minutes away from the shopping in Destin, which can be nice when you're done with the beach, or on rainy days. Lastly, it's at the top of 30a so you can take a nice cruise down to all the other beach town for food, etc.

30A Serenity

Our stay was enjoyable at Serenity 11. Property is nice for Pet Friendly. The beaches cannot be better although the walk with beach gear was a bit long. A golf cart would be recommended. All-in, definitely a place to vacation.

Great location

This location was great! The pictures don’t do this house justice, way bigger than it looks in pics. A few notes for the cleaners, more than 3 trash bags are needed and drawers in kitchen could be cleaned. There were a ton of crumbs in them. Overall, great listing!

Only negatives - sand felt in the sheets but I understand how difficult it must be to rid all sand. - would be very nice addition to have a few beach items provided. (Beach chairs/wagon/tent) The house is lovely and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with the exception of a pizza cutter which we may have overlooked. Extra kitchen towels would be a great addition as well.

I loved the location and close proximity of the beach. I did have 3 issues; Check in was awful and no communication. Next, there were no bicycles. I was told by the host that there would be 3 bikes and there wasn’t. Finally there was no paper products and trash bags. Overall I would give it 2 stars.

Cozy house near the public beach

This house had some great perks for the price point. The guests staying were 5 adults and pet friendly which is why the yard was perfect. The location was 5 mins from Dune Allen beach access. Most days we got lucky and able to park very close. We could have also walked and pulled a buggy which was 13 mins away. The house was clean and the kitchen was perfect for family style dinners and cooking. The only negative our whole stay was that the AC stopped working overnight our first night. We called and they had someone over by early afternoon. It was hot until then, but it got resolved eventually. Not much you can do at that point but open windows and wait till the HVAC folks get there. We brought plenty of extra TP, paper towels, laundry soap, cleaning supplies since we were there a week and they are good about letting you know what they provide up front. My favorite thing about this property was the covered patio since it rained a little in the evening we could still enjoy the patio without being drenched. I would stay here again or use scene stays if we return to this area.

Whole place was great! House was spacious and clean. Everything was working well except for the grill. It didn't have the hose for the propane gas so we weren't able to use it. Overall it was a great spot for our vacation

Awesome stay

The house is great! The back screened in porch with TV and fire pit area was awesome for cool spring nights. The house is immaculate. The only thing that was needed was instructions on how to work the televisions. Definitely need a book with instructions! Also, would advertise that the garage isn’t usable from the outside since it has no garage opener. We could easily walk to beach but it may be too far for some people .

Serenity Now

Beautifully decorated house! We loved the location on the quieter side of 30A, but close to the beach and shopping. Communication was great with the host. They even warned us of severe weather approaching a day ahead. A few minor issues that definitely did not take away from our enjoyable stay, but would have been nice to have seen noted in the list of amenities. The coffee maker is a Keurig and takes pods, brews one cup at a time. There’s a picture of the backyard that shows a nice gas grill and kitchen set up; however the gas grill is not fully assembled yet. There’s a charcoal grill too, but hadn’t bought charcoal at the store because we were planning on using the gas grill. We would definitely stay again. The size of the house was perfect and location to the beaches etc. was ideal.
