We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

Sleeping arrangements
With 8 bedrooms and 9 beds, these twin homes sleep 16+ guests comfortably. Each house includes a king-bed master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while the lower level features a queen sleeper sofa with a Smart TV—perfect for extra guests or a quiet retreat. Black-out shades, soft linens, and extra blankets ensure restful sleep after a day in the city or the mountains.

Indoor living
Each home spans over 2,300 square feet with open-concept living spaces, large windows, and thoughtful details. The main floors feature inviting living rooms with plush seating and 65" Smart TVs, ideal for streaming your favorite shows or cheering on a game together. Downstairs, game rooms with board games and Smart TVs offer space for fun nights in. Central heating keeps every corner comfortable through the cooler months.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchens include stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the basics for cooking and serving meals. Spacious dining tables invite shared dinners, game nights, or lazy brunches with coffee and conversation.

Outdoor living
Even in winter, the fenced backyards provide a quiet space to breathe in crisp mountain air. Each yard is private, with a connecting gate to allow easy access between homes. Patio furniture and hammocks are stored seasonally, but guests can still use the BBQ grill for an outdoor cookout on mild days.

Families will appreciate the Pack ’n Play, high chair, and board games included for added convenience.

It's important to note that there is no direct access between the units from the interior. Each of these homes features its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.

A permit is required for street parking and may result in a ticket.
