You also have have a dedicated parking space in the gated parking lot adjacent to the building.

This is a one-bedroom condo with a queen bed, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of four people.

Needed a place on a first floor that was close to some of the sights for a trip with my father. Fantastic place, walking distance to Beale Street and the National Civil Rights Museum. Host is kind and wonderful at communicating - even went above and beyond and arranged to ship back a pair of glasses that my father accidentally left there. Can't say enough good things about this place and the host, hoping to bring my wife to Memphis and stay here again.

We have stayed at this place several times before and won’t even think about staying anywhere else in Memphis. Great location with secured parking within walking distance of Beale Street. The rental is well maintained and has everything you need.

This property is incredible. Very well stocked, amazing location, well maintained and super clean. There are several fun bars nearby, and Beale is less than a 10 minute walk. In addition, having secure off street parking is a huge benefit. Communication from the day I rented the property until after check out was expeditious and friendly, and I had no issues at all.

We had a wonderful time. I surprised my husband for his 40th bday. Jr even had a bday surprise for him. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Condo was cute and very clean. It was super easy to get in and very safe. It was walking distance to Beale street. We would definitely stay here again.

We appreciate the positive remarks! Admittedly, I'm disappointed we only received a 4-star review despite all positive comments. Unfortunately, Sharon thought she booked an 8-night stay instead of 7 nights, and when we made her aware that she needed to check-out, she made it clear she wasn't happy and I guess this is why we didn't earn 5 stars. :(
