This is a one-bedroom condo with a queen bed, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of four people.

This property is incredible. Very well stocked, amazing location, well maintained and super clean. There are several fun bars nearby, and Beale is less than a 10 minute walk. In addition, having secure off street parking is a huge benefit. Communication from the day I rented the property until after check out was expeditious and friendly, and I had no issues at all.

We had a wonderful time. I surprised my husband for his 40th bday. Jr even had a bday surprise for him. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Condo was cute and very clean. It was super easy to get in and very safe. It was walking distance to Beale street. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked this downtown apartment for the Riverbeat Festival weekend, and it was the best decision I could have made. Even though I only live about 40 minutes away, staying here meant I didn't have to worry about the drive home after long days of concerts.The location is unbeatable:It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to Beale Street.We were able to walk right out the front door and were only 3 blocks away from the Riverbeat entrance.The Super Host really went above and beyond. His check-in and parking instructions were spot on, yet he still stayed in constant communication throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect.What really set this place apart were the thoughtful extras:The apartment was filled with beautiful fragrances the moment we walked in.The kitchen was fully stocked with paper items, coffee, and bottled water.There was an abundance of extra linens and toiletries available for us.This was a "Super Host" delivery I’ll never forget. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely look to book here again whenever I need a place downtown!

Great, convenient location. Property was well-maintained, clean, and very well stocked with added amenities. First floor made it very convenient and easily accessible. We appreciate the positive remarks! Admittedly, I'm disappointed we only received a 4-star review despite all positive comments. Unfortunately, Sharon thought she booked an 8-night stay instead of 7 nights, and when we made her aware that she needed to check-out, she made it clear she wasn't happy and I guess this is why we didn't earn 5 stars. :(
