Lovely flat in perfect location in downtown Memphis. Plenty around to do, food, and drinks. Couple stores within walking distance. Flat had everything you could need.

OMG… This was soo perfect for me and my husband’s mini weekend getaway. Candice’s place is cozy, inviting, and relaxing. It was peaceful to sleep at night and we walked every night to Beale St. It was so convenient to have a store on the corner and we felt safe and secure. If I could give a 10/10 stars I would. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was meticulously clean and welcoming. The location was so close to Beale Street and restaurants. Very secure and quiet. Easy to access. Would recommend future guests park in the garage to the left of the building. Parking directly across the street was super expensive. Would highly recommend to anyone. 10/10

This property was OUTSTANDING!!!! Candice has all the things you could need! Spare toiletries, extra paper goods ready in the closet! Plenty of high quality towels and wash cloths! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very cozy as well! Upon entry the fragrance was inviting and the TV was on a calming beach view! This is the BEST place we have ever rented! Parking is a little challenging, but outside of that everything was great! We will for sure stay here again!

Place was very nice looks just like the pics.check in was smooth no hassle.great location beale street is literally a four minute walk. Would definitely rent here again for a trip to Memphis

The location of this place is amazing. It is right by the entertainment of Beale Street and very close to FedexForum. There is parking across the street and a garage next door. Theres even a coffee shop downstairs. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It can be a lil noisy because you are right there near the action but not bad enough that it would keep me from getting this spot on a future trip.

This was a unique 1 bedroom,1 bed about 4 blocks from a conference I was attending. The unit was spotless with a huge kitchen counter and basic kitchen needs (dishes, cookware, etc ). No coffee, teas, extras. Tastefully decorated. Huge closet and storage area off bathroom. The bed was abnormally high and could be a problem for a very short person. Shower functioned well and consistently hot. There were a couple of small grocery stores nearby that I discovered from a walker. The unit faces a parking lot that could get noisy on the weekends. Although there were homeless people around, I felt safe but would not walk out late at night by myself. There is a coffee shop on the first floor that can be accessed from inside the building. Appears to close early afternoon. Recommend the owner add a small table in the closet off the bathroom for guests to place personal hygiene items.
