Great property, exactly as described.

Only have great things to say about our stay. Everything was immaculately clean. Pool was great. House is spacious. Owner quick to respond to inquiries. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again. I would reccomened a golf cart or rental.

We love staying in Birdsong Lane. We have stayed at this house several times and while it’s not the fanciest house on the island it is so perfect for our family!

Nice Quiet Siesta Key House

Overall we had a nice stay at the property. The first few days were rough in that the property was not ready due to circumstances outside the control of the owner. Mike, the owner was super communicative and helpful in finding us locations on both Siesta Key and Lido Key while the property issues were being addressed. Once we were able to get in the house was well equipped and comfortable. It is on the quiet side of Siesta Key which we enjoyed. Siesta Key beach is a good mile but the pool made up for that. We took advantage of the gas grill but some nighttime lighting around the pool area would be a welcome addition so one could eat outdoors. Throughout our month long stay, Mike the owner, was very responsive to issues as well as suggestions on the area. We are plan on returning to Siesta Key in 2025!

Beware!

Property is very close to beach. Outside is ill kempt with folage ha n ging over and obscuring half the driveway. The walk to the front door alsoovergrown and very dimly lit. Inside is lovely until y I u attempt to set Vttable. There were5 forks and 4 salad forks that didnt match. Glasses were an asdirtment fro. Local bars. Bar wRe was 3 mismatched wine glasses and one martini glass. Jo can opener. Measuring spoons or cups. (I loke tp cook) NO WASHCLOTHES. Linens rough and old. Suggestions to iwner weee met with nothing vut hubris.. i have photos for proof. Basically, someone parents

I’m sorry you were unhappy with your stay. There was a storm named Debbie that made things a little more difficult for you. As for the glasses forks and knives I’ve never had a complaint but I will certainly check and complete the set. As for the trees and shrubs I have a very private home with 2 large trees anchoring the home for privacy and shade. I do however have a company that comes out and trims the trees as needed, before season.Thank you for your feed back it helps me to support the guest experience which for the most part has been a 4 or 5 star!
