Awesome house and location

Super comfortable and roomy home just over a mile’s walk to the beach! Plus a pool right in the backyard. This was an awesome home away from home.

A wonderful house located close to so many things! Pool was small, but warm and the kids were in it nearly every day! Everything well appointed and we didn't want for anything during our stay. Would rent again for sure.

Perfect location! Mila & Eddie were just the sweetest! We visited their restaurant, a must! Delicious food, buzzing atmosphere! Pool was great, beds and rec room was the best for our kids!

Great place to stay!!

Perfect house for a getaway. Everything is close by and so much to do in the area. The game room definitely made the evenings fun. Mila and Eddie were great. They were quick to respond to get the pool heated up.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The house has everything you need to enjoy the pool and nearby beaches. Restaurants and grocery are very close. The kitchen is well equipped and the large tv was awesome. Everything about our stay was top notch. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Mila and Eddie were very kind and attentive to questions we had when we first arrived. We would highly recommend staying at this rental.

Mila’s house was very clean and very nicely decorated! It has a decent sized pool in the back that is fenced in. Mila was a great host and was very responsive and accommodating whenever we needed anything! The air hockey table in the garage game room was a lot of fun! We will definitely be staying here again!

Exclusive neighborhood- 7 minutes to Siesta Key Beach

Best rental experience I have ever had, stayed 45 days. Keyless entry, exceptionally clean, comfortable mattress’s, open floor plan, new furniture, quick response to any questions. Handy book with everything you need to know about residence. Quiet neighborhood, no thru way, beautiful home! Mila and Eddie are the most gracious host’s and have a wonderful restaurant downtown 1952 Wood Fired Kitchen, absolutely delicious. Many restaurants in neighborhood Napule’ and Brine to mention a few. Well stocked glasses, dishes, cookware. Unpack and enjoy! Would return and recommend to family and friends. We are snowbirds and have rented on the Gulf for several years, would rate this home 10+ stars best rental yet by far!!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

Our family stayed a week in this beautiful home. Mila and Eddie were extremely attentive whenever we needed anything. The house is just on the other side of the Stickney Bridge. We were within walking distance of Souvenir Shops, restaurants, and convenience stores.The pool at the house was amazing and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Mila had EVERYTHING you could imagine for a beach day which we took advantage of almost every day. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, floats, you name it, she had it.The only thing I would suggest a change to, is a ceiling fan in the garage where the game room is, because it was sweltering, and maybe get softer mattresses for the beds. They were very hard.Overall, we "Loved" our stay at this house and would rent from Mila again!Thank you Mila for a wonderful stay!Bridget

Mila was very nice and prompt with responses. We did have trouble with the water in the guest bathroom. Could not get any cold water and had to have Plummer come. The layout of the house was a bit funky. And the pool was not heated. It would have been extra to have them turn the heat on. It would have been nice to have the heat included in the rental. Also, a little picky but there was only one size small drinking glass. It would be nice to have more options for cocktails and such.

Beautiful Home

Have visited several areas on the Gulf Coast and always rented a house. This house has been, by far, our favourite. It's in a peaceful residential area with no "through road" or traffic. On arrival we found it to be very clean and there were some basic items to get us started, although we did pick up groceries on the way (there's a Publix 0.8 miles away).The photos of the house are accurate. It's nicely furnished and decorated, with a shady pool area that's screened in. My only feedback about the pool (not a complaint), is that a couple of sun loungers would be nice to lie back and read or take a nap after a hot day at the beach. Talking of the beach....It was nice to have all the things you need - towels, coolers, chairs and sun umbrellas available at the house. Siesta Key beach is 7 mins drive and the other favourites (Lido and Venice) are less than 20 mins.We had one minor hiccup when the internet went down to the property but Mila (the owner) promptly dealt with the issue.Overall, a very positive experience and enjoyable stay. The house is beautiful, spacious and we have zero complaints.Thank you for letting us use your home Mila!

Close to Siesta Beach!

We just finished our week vacation at this lovely home near Siesta Beach, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This spacious and well-appointed house was just a short 7-minute drive to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for our daily beach excursions.One of the highlights of this property was the heated pool, which was perfect for the kids. They spent hours splashing around after long mornings at the beach, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.The game room with air hockey was a hit with both kids and adults alike. We had endless hours of friendly competition and laughter. It was a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. Additionally, the fact that all the beach toys and accessories were available for us to use was a fantastic bonus. We didn't have to worry about packing or buying any beach gear, as everything we needed was provided.The owners of the house were incredibly friendly and responsive. They promptly answered any questions or concerns we had and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and helpfulness added a personal touch that made us feel like valued guests.Overall, I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a spacious and well-equipped vacation rental near Siesta Beach. With its convenient location, heated pool for the kids, game room with air hockey, and the availability of beach toys and accessories, it exceeded our expectations. The friendly and responsive owners were the icing on the cake. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This Sarasota property is a terrific retreat in the Siesta Key area! The house is well appointed and extremely clean with a lot of room for a family vacation.The pool area is extremely private within a fenced area and the property is located at the junction of two dead end streets which means that there is little through traffic in the neighborhood. I recommend taking advantage of the heated pool option if visiting during a cooler weather pattern. Mila is an excellent hostess and stages some sundries in the home to make it easier for guests during their stay. She is easy to communicate with and follows up to ensure that everything is in order.Although the neighborhood is quiet and off the main roads, the property is very close to grocery stores, restaurants and other retail establishments. If interested, access to the Siesta Key area beaches and amenities is only a few blocks away over the roadway bridge.I heartily recommend this home as a excellent value for your visit to Sarasota.
