It was a great place. It had everything you needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The community had hiking trails, and lake views. The restaurants close by were great too!

Very nice and clean. Really cozy and relaxing. Host very nice and accommodating!
Enjoyable weekend getaway. Great outdoor space with large decks, screened in porch and outdoor firepit. The rental was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The community is in a peaceful, wooded environment. Conviently located for hiking and access to the Caverns music venue.

Very nice and peaceful stay
I would have given it 5 stars but the propane on the outdoor grill ran out after one very short use. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay
What a very restful, peaceful stay. Beautiful outdoor spaces, covered and uncovered. Quiet and secluded with nature around . A “at home”feeling inside the home. 5 star for sure!
We loved this tiny house. Had everything we
Needed and fun neighborhood! Super great getaway spot.

Delightful Hideaway
It's a true tiny house. Clean and well kept. The complex in which it resides is fairly large; however, this place is tucked away so that you really only feel the nature around you. The location is also great, less than a mile from the Fiery Gizzard North Trailhead.

Peaceful getaway
We stopped into Tracy City for a Caverns concert and walked away with so much more. Such a wonderful peaceful place to get away from the constant busy life. My kids loved the bunk beds and loft area in the home along with the playground just a short walk away. Everything was clean and communication was great. We will be back!
Perfect getaway for our busy family! S’mores on the fire, relaxing in the hammock, and fishing off the pier were just a few of us the many things we enjoyed about Petite Retreat!
Perfect anniversary weekend getaway. The Petite Retreat was situated well. Cozy and quiet. Well maintained and clean. Great restaurants just minutes away. Lots of outdoor activities and cute boutiques for a bit of shopping.
Great cabin in the woods. Very private and quiet. Short 10 minute drive to Monteagle to hookup with our other friends for the weekend. Recent rain caused washouts on the drive to the cabin but I’m sure they will be frepaired once the rain stops.

Great location and a comfortable spot!
We loved staying at the petite retreat. The location is great near to the dock and play area and off the main road. And we found the house plenty comfortable with outdoor decks, screen porch, and everything needed inside to make for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bath were well stocked, and there were plenty of blankets for the cold temps. Loves having both the loft space and bunk beds as options for our child. We will definitely check here if we come back!
What a retreat area is supposed to be like.
The area is amazing with community fire pits at every corner. Not far from hiking trails and off road riding.
We loved our tiny house! It was plenty of room for the two of us with a washer and dryer and everything else we needed. The outside of the property was great with all the outdoor living spaces. Close to many hiking trails and the Dutchmaid Bakery is a must!

Wonderful!
My fiance and I booked this place for a quick get away and it was everything we hoped it would be! The resort is pretty big but this specific location was perfect, off the main road and very private. It was so quiet the entire time we were there and never heard any of our neighbors. The firepit was also private to our place which was also great. There is no dishwasher so if you plan on doing alot of cooking I'd recommend bringing disposable items unless you want to spend time washing dishes. Minimal cooking items were there, seems mostly leftover spices and such from prior guests, so I'd recommend bringing anything specific you may need like olive oil and seasonings. We'd definitely book this specific house again, was perfect for 2 people and a short stay.
My daughter and I booked this cozy cabin for spring break and we loved it. It was exactly how it looked. LOCATION: We thought it was the best location in the entire community. At first I was bummed because we wanted a waterfront unit but due to our last minute booking we chose this one. Once we arrived we were SO glad. It is nestled in the back of the property and felt very secluded. We didn't need seclusion but if you are a couple booking, you might want it! Next, the porches. What a dream to have the front porch which does offer a water view as well as the really private screen porch. My daughter and I are both mosquito magnets and we sat there each night, mosquito free, and played cards. The INTERIOR: Clean. This may be the cleanest rental I have ever had. It was clean, had a comfy couch, a stocked kitchen, nice towels. It was really failry perfect. The main bed does lean toward the firm, but it was okay. I slept well. The split air system worked really well. My teen daughter LOVED the loft. She very much enjoyed this enchanting little space just for her. There were a couple of issues (mechanical) that I notified the management about. We didn't need anyone to come out but they offered to do so. They were more of an fyi to them but we appreciated the responsiveness. We highly recommend this cozy cabin.
We enjoyed the property very much! It was perfect for the two of us and clean, comfortable and in close proximity to Monteagle! We would stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay. The home was bigger than I expected with well laid out space. There were 3 of us and my 19 year old stayed in the loft above. The stairs were steep but he loved having his own space. There were enough beds you could sleep 8 people but it would be crowded. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is to install a longer shower head. It is a little difficult to use because the water goes straight down onto the shower seat. A little longer reaching shower head would fix this problem. This was not a big deal though. I would stay here again. And I would recommend it to others. It is a neat little community. They even have a lake/pond and had a bike at the home.
Thank you for our wonderful stay!
