About this property

Beautiful 2 level 3 bedroom apartment, which makes the upstairs rooms very quiet and private.

The development has a pool almost 40 meters long and a very comfortable terrace

Despite not being in front of the sea, it is located in a complex that is and just a few steps to get to the sea

Most importantly, we know what the airbnb traveler is looking for, and we strive to exceed their expectations to get the highest rating.
The space
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a very comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning and fan. As it is on the second floor, it is quiet and private.

It has a very large closet and each security for your use.

Also upstairs there is a room with a king size bed and another sofa bed with AC

Both share a full bathroom that serves the two bedrooms.

Downstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed also with AC, fan and closet.

Downstairs there is another full bathroom that serves this bedroom and the common area of living room, dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen with everything you need for a good vacation with dishwasher.

The living room is a relaxing and living area with a TV and high speed internet and pool view

It has wifi, dishes for up to 6 people, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, bath and pool towels and the necessary amenities such as shampoo, soap and toilet paper.

The maximum capacity of the unit includes both adults, children and babies, as all of them count toward the condominium regulations.

Parking is under availability, as well as only one space per apartment can be used. Likewise, the street is safe to leave vehicles near the cabin.

ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION
Due to the nature of the destination, we include consumption of 65 kw per day, enough for normal use of air conditioners and electricity. Any extra consumption will cost $6 per KW and will be charged this way out.

Visits or guests are prohibited by the complex's administrative regulations, so any admissions requested will be processed at extra guest cost.
