Updated house near downtown and top rated St Pete beach with oasis in back yard
Full 1,365 sq. ft. house in a quite saught after neighborhood. Perfectly located in central St Petersburg. Only 10 minutes to the top rated beach in the US and 10 minutes from Historical Downtown. A short 3 block walk takes you to a large park with olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts. This house has been updated with new kitchen, baths, and flooring. The two bedrooms just had new solid hardwood floors to replace the carpets. The kitchen has new granite counter tops and farm style sink. The main bathroon was remolded with walk in shower. This is located in an upscale, quite, neighborhood on a double size lot. The landscaping features thick grass surounded by trees and flowers in fully fenced in back yard. There is a sunroom in the back with entrance to the outside patio with table, chairs and new large BBQ grill. This is a perfect area for lounging in the shade after a day at the beach or shopping downtown.

We bought this house in St Petersburg to be close to down town and the top rated beaches. We love St. Pete for the culture, climate, and beaches. We spend most of the year in our Bahamas house and feel St. Pete is a perfect complement to the Bahamas house and spend 4 months a year there.
Why they chose this property
After house shopping for a month, we were delighted to find this house in a great, frendly neighborhood, off the main roads with almost no traffic. The neighbors are nice and the landscaping is like an oasis in this central location.
What makes this property unique
One of the best parts of this house's location is Northwest Park. Only 2 blocks away is a very large park with Pickel Ball and Tennis courts, Olympic size swimming pool, ball fields, and other activities.
Also, only 10 minutes to downtown and St Pete's beaches. Shopping and an assortment of ethnic restaurants are within a 5 minute radius.
