Located in Gulfport's historic waterfront art district, this home is owned and has been completely renovated by an award winning custom home builder. (sunny) Days of Our Lives pays homage to the owner's grandparents as well as the originality of the home's architecture.

Three blocks from Boca Ciega Bay Beach, two blocks from 16 restaurants and bars
and ten minutes from St. Pete. Beach, this duplex's central location makes it a
perfect location to enjoy sunny days and create lasting memories. The newly installed pool with sun shelf helps pass the long Florida days of summer. The entire property can also be rented for private party's and wedding receptions. 2 Units combined sleep 10.

Why they chose this property

The home was purchased originally for the two lots but quickly became a personal quest to pay homage to my grandparents who moved to Gulfport after after WW11.

What makes this property unique

Shared Pool, Private courtyard, Wireless Internet, Sonos sound system for pool area which is shared by both untis. Newly renovated.
