Location was excellent and plenty of space for family to stop by and visit. Primary suite was very large and comfortable, and we appreciated how well-equipped the home was. Parking was very easy and convenient as well. Eric, the host was very responsive. If you need a larger home in an excellent location, we would highly recommend.

Roomy 4 bedroom in Old NE

We really enjoyed this large 4 bedroom. The neighborhood is lovely, as are the neighbors. Great location and easy street parking. Large l.r., dining area and kitchen. There's a great screened in porch and pool just outside. Upstairs there are 3 good size bedrooms and bath, plus a wonderful master suite with 2 walk-in closets and bath with large walk-in shower. The host, Eric, was very nice and always available.

This turned out to be a perfectly fine answer to our prayers as we were looking for a last minute rental. I believe it was a new listing so some things are still being ironed out for a rental situation but our host Eric was very amenable and kept sending us things he correctly deduced the house needed such as a teakettle and a hair dryer! This is an older vintage house in Old Northeast. Excellent location on quiet street. The house has been partially updated and a new living room couch would make that room more inviting. Plenty of space for my husband and I and a friend and we could have added a couple more friends or family without feeling crowded. We particularly loved the screened in porch out back and the bedrooms with morning sun! All 4 bedrooms are on second floor which worked out fine for us. We had a busy week planned and didn’t get around to trying out the fenced in pool. It would be a great place for little kids, if you have them with a swing set and slide. Thank you, Eric.
