The house was very nice and the back yard/pool faced west so you have a sunset every day. Jens was the host and very responsive. The weather was cool for Florida but the pool was fine and I was able to swim 10 out of 14 days (it has a cover). The cookware stainless steel and was so much better than our previous rental the weeks before. The bedrooms have blackout curtains on the window walls going to the patio so I didn't wake up at the crack of dawn. Again the location was excellent.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at Novistodia villa for 8 nights. The house was beautiful and the pool was a great size for our family to play in. The view from the lanai is amazing looking on to the water and dock. We enjoyed having breakfast and evening drinks at the end of the dock under the tiki hut. Fishing from the dock was fun too not that we had much luck. This was a great villa for a relaxing family vacation!!

Novistodia.....serenity at its best!

Novistodia is spectacularly located on Eight Lakes allowing a full view of the lake and wonderful sunsets. Our favourite part was relaxing in the tiki hut watching the sun go down and also enjoying the lightning. We also enjoyed afternoon barbecues and swimming in the pool. We had a very relaxing time here. Thanks to Jens and Lars! Excellent hosts!

Great Central Location And Beautiful Home

The house was exactly as stated online. Very clean and spacious home. The sunsets were beautiful out back! Location was great for South West Cape Coral area, in the middle of everything. The home did have chairs for the beach which was nice if you decide to go there. Bikes would've been an added bonus to bike around the neighborhood, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again.

Some information regarding bikes: Although, we would like to provide sports equipment like bicycles and kayaks to our guests, insurance carriers exclude them from liability coverage. Therefore, providing bicycles or kayaks would expose the owners of our properties to an unlimited personal liability risk.

Pool time and lake life

The kids enjoyed pool time and fishing off the dock. Quiet neighborhood and great location. My kids really thought the sliding window that opens to the pool area was really cool along with all the sliding doors that open all the way. The property was clean and any questions or problems we had were addressed promptly. The only complaint I have is that there are no steps down to the dock area. When you leave the pool area it’s just one giant step down. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful & Relaxing

We had an excellent time enjoying the pool and beautiful view of the lake. The lake is perfect for paddle boarding and fishing. The house has a lot of space and very clean. We had everything thing we needed. Looking forward to coming back in the future !
