This is a cute place in a good location with easy access to shopping and trains. It has 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom. The showers are very small, but this part of the Europe charm. It has great space in the kitchen and living are for a European apartment. It has a great vibe and appreciate all they did to remodel this place. The instructions were great and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend this for any stay in Berlin.

Great location. We are a family of 4 adults & 3 children. This conveniently located, 3br/3ba unit was a real find. Bedrooms are quite small--though consistent with what one would expect. Outdoor patio is a real plus. Cleanliness and maintenance needs improvement; we experienced bathroom odors and also from the refrigerator. One of the toilets ran almost continuously. All that being said, the apartment worked for us--we ate all our meals at restaurants and just used the apartment for sleeping. Heads up that ventilation isn't great--and there's no ac. Temperatures were back to normal the week we were in Berlin, so room fans sufficed.

Leider nicht so schön wie erhofft

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung in Ordnung. Die Größe für eine 5-köpfige Familie absolut ausreichend. Das Objekt war allerdings ziemlich dreckig. Zwar kam die Reinigungskraft nochmal vorbei, aber bei ganz genauer Betrachtung war die Wohnung einfach schlecht gereinigt. Die Nachttischschubladen waren staubig und teilweise lagen noch Haare drin. Die Lampenschirme haben lange keinen Lappen gesehen. Im Badezimmer hingen Haare an den Wänden. Ecken und Vorhangschienen sehr staubig. Wir bekommen zwar die Reinigungsgebühr wieder, aber für den Preis wäre mir eine saubere Wohnung lieber gewesen. Generell ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wände müssten gestrichen werden, die Fliesen im Badezimmer erneuert.

Wohnung viel kleiner als angenommen, 2 Sterne-Hotel-Niveau, Zimmer und vor allem die Duschen renovierungsbedürftig. Preis-Leistung völlig inakzeptabel.

great appartment at great location

The apartment was super convenient for us. We came as 3 colleagues, to visit a conference, and we all had our own bedroom + bathroom. Besides, we could enjoy our evenings together in the sitting area and do some work at the table in the dining area. Coffee and tea were provided in the kitchen, which was nice. Location was great, near Kurfurstendam. We really enjoyed our stay.

Der perfekte Ausgleich zum hektischen Treiben

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Es ist der perfekte Ausgleich zu einer Stadt die nie zur Ruhe zu kommen scheint. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden ohne zu zögern wiederkommen.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Alles, was man braucht (Bahnhof, U-Bahn, Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Späti), fußläufig zu erreichen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit den Öffis schnell zu erreichen. Mitten in Charlottenburg und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sogar mit Terrasse und großem Garten, der von den anliegenden Häusern gemeinsam genutzt wird. Betten bequem, Bäder sauber. Schlafzimmer zwar etwas klein, aber wer will in Berlin schon seine Zeit im Zimmer verbringen!? ;-) Vermieter sehr gut zu erreichen, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Schön eingerichtetes und großartig ausgestattetes Appartement.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer schnell und unkompliziert! Selbst als wir den vergessenen Laptop 3 Tage später abgeholt haben war es mehr als hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Herzlichen Dank für 3 wunderbare Tage in der schönen und sehr gut gelegenen Wohnung!

Es war einfach mega!

Wir (eine Familie mit 4 Kindern) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Shampoo und Seife wurden zur Verfügung gestellt sowie Tee und Kaffee. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und auch die Umgebung hat einiges zu bieten. S-Bahn/ U-Bahn sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Kontakte zu den Vermietern waren sehr nett.

Nice, clean apartment

Really nice, clean apartment in the heart of Berlin. It’s small, and exits onto the street, but it is safe and as described. Getting in was self-service and easy (though the lock was a bit tricky the first time). Recommended.
