Beautifully decorated with modern coastal décor, very comfortable and spacious! Open floor plan perfect for entertaining and vacationing away with family or friends. This home features four large, comfortable bedrooms, sleeps ten, and two and a half bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. There is also a bonus room with full size air hockey table and play area for children! With central AC, it doesn't get any better than this!

Don't forget to spend time outdoors on the wrap around deck with views of the ocean, pond, and Newport bridge! Below on the lawn you will also find a large stone patio for outdoor dining and relaxing.

From this location you are within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, ice cream, and coffee! Only a short drive to multiple beaches, local attractions, and restaurants. Plus a short drive to other great nearby towns like Wickford, Jamestown, and Newport! Or hop over to the Block Island ferry and Martha's Vineyard ferry.

*** Linens and towels are not included with this rental. Renters are welcome to provide their linens/towels or those items can be rented from Vacation House Linens, a local rental company. Vacation House Linens also provides beach and baby equipment rentals if needed.

Perfect summer retreat

My birthday weekend at this lovely Narragansett summer home was fantastic. The space was ample with plenty of bedrooms to comfortably accommodate our group.

Very comfortable and clean house. Really enjoyed our stay!!

The only con is that we had to purchase beach chairs and an umbrella- would be great to include in the rental cost!

Bonnet vacation

Bonnet vacation was relaxing and very enjoyable mainly due to the cleanliness of the property, ease of registration and availability of the owners. I would highly recommend this property in the future.

Beach vacation with family and kids

Location was excellent. House had a great setup. The house could have been a bit cleaner- could have supplied more (beach gear, more beach passes to town beach- house slept up to 10 and had 4 beach passes). Overall we enjoyed our trip and property rental facility was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Great time, plenty of room

We were a family group with lots of teens. The place was as advertised and perfectly set up for our group of 9. The beaches are a short drive. Town Beach is very nice but limited on parking for non-residents. Not much that we could walk to from the house besides ice-cream and coffee (which were great) but not really an area to hang out for an afternoon. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

This well cleaned property was generously stocked in the kitchen & bathrooms, laundry room. New windows, AC & outdoor shower all worked easily. TV setup (& live TV) was foreign to me but Im not very tech savvy. Loved the long view out the front windows with a smidgen of water & faint Newport Bridge scene. It seems the property is new to market & could use a bit more bedside tables & lamps but close to finished at this time. 3miles north of Narr. beach , close to Fuel, an excellent coffee & breakfast cafe and Brickley’s. Great location.

Great location

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and quick drive to beaches and Newport. The house wasn’t as clean as I expected but we had a great time.
