Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Family Vacay

We had an excellent stay the last weekend of June for 4 nights. The condo was very spacious and clean. It also had a portable crib and a roll-away bed with memory foam mattress that came in handy for two of the grandchildren. The location and ocean front view were wonderful. We will definitely be returning next year!

Love staying here but it could use a good upgrade. Very old silverware and pots.Also outdoor furniture is falling apart - needs to be upgraded. We come every year and more decor is added but nothing is updated Toilet In the master bathroom continues to run, even when not being used, just turns on in the middle of the night. Toaster is broken. Out dated spices in cabinet that look ancient - should be gone through to actually look like someone might maintain the property.

Great location and spacious home!

The location was extremely convenient as it was on the boardwalk. All you have to do is go downstairs and you have endless food options and beach access. Ocean view was perfect. The place was very large, spacious and nicely decorated. Having three bedrooms (all with TVs) and three bathrooms was amazing. The floor needed better sweeping and vacuuming and some of the dishes in the cabinet needed cleaned again before using. The pull out couch mattress in the living room was not comfortable at all so some of us ended up just sleeping on the couch which was much more comfortable and large enough. The pool was very small and not exactly rooftop as advertised. It’s not on the top floor and overlooks the road, not the ocean. The day we went it was very dirty looking with bird poop and feathers everywhere. We mentioned it and the company did call and let the property management company know. It did look like they came and cleaned, but by then our trip was ending. Overall, would stay there again.

Winter beach

This property exceeded our expectations. The pictures in the listing are good but when you walk in and out it all together it was great! Easy parking, luggage carts for ease of unloading and loading, roomy elevator, simple combination entry lock, easy fireplace and TV operation, little starter welcome bag with soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergent. We really enjoyed our long winter weekend.

You get what you pay for + views!

We stay annually at the oceans mist and this was our first time in this unit. While the price seemed abnormally low (we typically pay 7k) for the week, the cleanliness of the unit, cleanliness of the building and overall condition of the unit were less than satisfactory. The internet kicked us off the network many times a day so it was challenging to even do work. The views were amazing always and the beds are comfortable, so that was a plus.

Nice property issues with services

We did enjoy the property but had some issues with the cleanliness at check in. In addition damage was found at check in and vacasa was contacted and asked to repair but during the entire week of our stay no one came to fix which was disappointing.

Cleanliness was poor

Condo was absolutely beautiful and had an amazing location for my family. It was close to everything. However, the condo was NOT cleaned before our stay. Very disappointed in the lack of care and upkeep of this property. Very dirty.

Property was not cleaned appropriately, floors were dirty. Dirty linen from the stay prior was left in front of the property door and remained there for the 4 days we were there. We did not have hot water and heat for almost 24 hours of our stay. Very disappointed that I spent my money renting this place

403 Ocean Mist

The condo was in a good location, far enough away from the end of the boardwalk that it wasn't noisy but close enough that walking down to the end was easy walk for me. Very clean and they provided linens ( even though we brought our own). There were space heaters for the two Bayside bedrooms if needed but they weren't necessary. Only small issues, such as the bedside lamps in the one room were broken at the top leaving wires exposed, master bedroom shower drain didn't drain well and ice maker doesn't work at all( which was a bigger deal than the previous 2 ). We adjusted and still had a good time. One last thing, there is no direct boardwalk access, you have to walk from the back of the building around to either 6th or 7th Street to gain access to the beach. Wouldn't normally be a problem but with elderly parents, one of which with mobility issues it was kind of a pain. Would stay here again.

Great Location

This was the perfect place for our get away to Ocean City. Plenty of restaurants, bars & shops within walking distance. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean was relaxing and enjoyable. We could walk right across the boardwalk and onto the deep beautiful beach. The down side, the carpets in the bedrooms are really in need of replacement. The home was "clean" but could really use a good deep clean. It has mildew on the ceiling above the shower, built up dust on the baseboards etc... I did not go to look at the baseboards but it is hard to miss on white base in the bathrooms. Also you are located on the Boardwalk so at night it can be noisy at 2am. Of course if you are up at 2am it probably doesn't matter! When we arrived we where missing a parking pass. One quick phone call and that was fixed. The representative at Vacasa was friendly and helpful. Overall this was a great choice and a beautifully appointed condo. When we return to OC we will definitely look to see if this is available again!

The location is wonderful if you prefer oceanfront and to be near the inlet. We do and always go for ocean front. I was disappointed that the sliding glass door leading to the oceanfront balcony was stuck shut. We initially were only able to access the balcony by going through the master bedroom. On the second day of our stay the sliding glass door in the master bedroom was off track and we were again not able to access the ocean front balcony. Very disappointing considering we payed for oceanfront. I contacted Vacasa after hours to report The sliding glass door issues as well s the ceiling fans throughout being covered in a thick layer of dust. I Made them aware I was unable to fully close the sliding glass in the Master bedroom because it was off the track. When I went to the office to check out I spoke with the receptionist and suggested we be compensated in some manner since the oceanfront amenity was not exactly ideal. She just stared at me . Overall the condo is beautiful and I loved the location. Just wish we would have been compensated in some way considering the cost of the 2 day rental
