Once you've parked the car (two assigned spaces in covered garage included), you can just relax & enjoy!

Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo provides a perfect retreat from all the action. Great family room with large, wall mounted flat screen TV and sliding glass doors to balcony with beach/ocean/boardwalk view. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and island. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs. Master bath has jetted tub. Condo building, Belmont Towers, has nice outdoor rooftop pool, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Prepare to have a fantastic time!

Note: This is NOT a High School Senior Graduate Rental (must be 25 years old to rent this unit AND be one of the occupants). The Belmont Building is more of a family type building, parents with small children, grandparents, etc.

In the summer peak season, this condo unit #302 rents on a mini-week basis of Mon-Fri and Fri-Mon or weekly of Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri.

Most guests bring their own bed linens (sheets and pillowcases); King bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, full-over-full bunk-bed in 3rd bedroom with a single pullout trundle bed underneath, and a Queen pullout sofa bed in the living room.
Pillows and blankets are in the unit.
