Pickle ball courts in a beautiful park are a 15 minute walk from this house, and a new swimming pool center is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Available month to month - 30 night minimum - perfect for work traveler needing a 1-6 month stay. Furnished. Nestled on the hill above the ocean, you have a rock view on the patio of this unit. Very private and serene. Walk the hills and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. This is a lower level one bedroom, one bathroom unit in a duplex. Unit includes a gas range, microwave, onsite washer/dryer. Highlight is the rain shower in bathroom. Half-mile to Spencer's market, and to the famous Taco Temple. Short drive to the beaches, and to the Embarcadero with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, and marina. Many water sports including paddle boarding, kayaking, boating. Several small towns including Cayucos and Cambria are nearby.

Hi! This rental is a duplex. Sometimes I live in the upstairs unit, but most of the time I live in Portland or in Tahoe. I love the Central Coast more than anywhere for its perfect year around weather, gorgeous ocean and nature, and the peace and quiet.

This property is an absolute piece of heaven. It is up the hill, with a view of the ocean. The hilly streets above are phenomenal for walks, runs or just standing and looking at the breathtaking views. There is a warmth and vibe about this location that every guest feels.
