A beach vacation isn’t complete without a private pool! Located in Miramar Beach, The Pool House offers guests great vacation accommodations and amenities, including a private indoor pool. The home features four bedrooms, two baths, comfortable living quarters, and breezy balconies. It can host up to 17 vacationers.

With its relaxed ambiance and close proximity to the beach, visitors will immediately relax into a vacation state of mind upon arriving at this cute beach house. Seafoam walls and rich wood flooring extends throughout the open floorplan. A casual seating ensemble is made up of a paisley patterned armchair and a gray couch that converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa. The setup faces a flatscreen TV mounted above the dining table. The hardwood table is surrounded by built-in bench seating and four white-backed chairs. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas. It includes white cabinetry, sleek black countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a window looking into the pool area. There are also four wooden-topped stools at the kitchen’s breakfast bar.

Guests can access the indoor pool through sliding glass doors in the main living area. The pool area is characterized by shiplap walls, beamed ceilings, a tiled deck, and nautical-inspired décor. Multiple windows allow natural sunlight to brighten the room. A mix of red chairs, outdoor dining tables, and wicker seats provide the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing time by the pool. Outside, there is a gas grill for guests that would like to cook up their own surf n’ turf meals to enjoy poolside.

Of the four bedrooms, one is located downstairs. This cozy master suite has a king-size bed, a woven wicker dresser, a sunny window, beachy décor, and a flatscreen TV. The master bedroom has access to a full hall bath with a glass-walled tub/shower combo. The remaining three guest bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom includes a king-size bed, one has a queen-size bed, and the third is a bunkroom with a twin-over-full bunk. Also, on the second floor is a bonus den with a striped armchair, a blue queen-size sleeper sofa, and a full bunk bed. The den’s sliding glass doors open onto a furnished balcony with a glimpse of the gulf.

This beach home is conveniently located in Miramar Beach, placing guests near various restaurants, activities, and amusements. The beach is only a two-minute walk from the front door. Royal Palm Grille and Surf Hut are two popular restaurants within walking distance. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, a prominent discount designer outlet mall, is about a mile from the house. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special discounted rates at the neighboring Seascape Resort for tennis, golf, and recreation rentals. Other nearby attractions include the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.
