Cozy two bedroom, ground level condo close to many area attractions including the newly opened amusement park Owa, the Tanger Outlet Mall, Sports Complex, the beaches, and many other attractions. The Condo is great for families and pets and is the perfect get away to rest and relax. Kitchen comes with all appliances including washer and dryer.
The space
Entire condo in a residential condominium complex situated high on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Mobile Bay and a skyline view of the city of Mobile, Alabama. Fantastic sunsets.
Guest access
All tenants share a common fenced in backyard area. Your pet must be on a leash anytime they are outside of the condo.
Other things to note
All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of condo. (Includes fenced in common ground).

Perfect location

Stayed over Christmas holiday with my parents while visiting family in Fairhope. Location is great--easy access to Mobile, downtown Fairhope, antiques, waterfront (bay), and even day trip to beaches. Condo was easily accessible, well-appointed, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The back deck is nice with some trees/green space. Absolutely LOVED the 1/4 mile wooded boardwalk that leads all the way to a pier going out to Mobile Bay. As an amateur nature photographer, I got some great shots of yellow-rumped warblers and snowy egrets. The host was very responsive to any needs (we needed laundry detergent and it was delivered within minutes). I stayed in the guest bedroom, and while the bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home, it is very tall, so a footstool would be helpful (my 81 year old parents would not have been able to get in it, but their king bed in the master was perfect for them). Our stay was very pleasant, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks!

Chris is a great host! Very communicative and responsive. This is our favorite area to stay at for Mardi Gras. The location of the condo is unbeatable and the back deck was a serene escape!

The Condo fit our needs perfectly. The rental was clean and neat as well. The area was wonderfully located near the bay. I had to reach out to the host several times, and the communication was top-notch. I would recommend this place if you are ever in the area and need a place to stay.
