A short walk away from the wild beach of Roch Ascoat, our family home welcomes you for an unforgettable vacation in Brittany.

You can enjoy the ocean view from three bedrooms, the living area, the terrace, and the bathroom. With its spacious living room that opens onto the kitchen on one side and a cozy sitting area on the other, you’ll have direct access to the wooden terrace and the enclosed garden. A perfect play area for children and the ideal spot for a barbecue in the sun.

With 4 bedrooms in total, you can enjoy the house as a group. Twin beds (which can be pushed together) allow you to arrange the room to suit your needs. The master suite offers the comfort of a large double bed. Ideal for bringing together an extended family, friends, or several couples.

150 meters from the gate lies the secluded beach of Roch Ascoat: shrimps, shellfish, and crabs await you at low tide. For swimming and relaxation, the supervised and well-equipped beaches of Tresmeur and Pors Termen are easily accessible by walking.

Trébeurden has activities for all ages and weather. An ideal setting for a vacation:

- Family-friendly: sailing schools, the Trégastel Aquarium, exploring seabirds at the Île-Grande ornithological station, learning through play at the Cité des Télécoms in Pleumeur-Bodou, seal seeing cruises at the Sept-Îles, discovering the mysteries of dolmens, and numerous Cap-Armor sports activities in the summer… Something to delight young and old alike!

– Sports: tennis club in the summer (on the same street), deep-water port, sailboat and motorboat rentals, diving school, golf, horseback riding, running, paragliding, cycling, surfing… For water sports enthusiasts, you can walk to the Goas Treiz lagoon, a paradise for windsurfers and kitesurfers as it is always sheltered from the open-sea swell.

- Foodies: just a stone’s throw from the Michelin-starred restaurant at the Lan Kerellec manor and the Tuesday farmers’ market, you can feast on scallops as soon as you step off the boat, enjoy an aperitif at the Atelier de l’Huître, savor mussels while watching the sunset at Beg Leguer, taste seaweed freshly harvested from the foreshore, visit France’s oldest whiskey distillery, or one of the many artisanal cider houses… All of the Côtes-d’Armor’s culinary delights await you, both at the table and in the kitchen.

- Wilderness: set out to explore the spectacular Pink Granite Coast along the Customs Officers’ Trail (GR34), and enjoy the bounty of the sea through shellfishing and line fishing.
