Very pleasant and bright apartment (46 m²), ground floor with terrace and patio, (28 m²) panoramic view of the harbor (Ile Tome, Pointe du Château) and marina, disabled access, shared bicycle storage, PRIVATE PARKING NUMBER, animals accepted, shops and supermarkets nearby.
The large picture windows in the Living room, Kitchen area, Bedroom, favor the luminosity
and allow you to discover from inside the apartment, "THE CHANGE OF LANDSCAPE SEVERAL TIMES A DAY", caused by the phenomenon of the tides (High and Low).
The Customs Esplanade which separates the residence from the sea is a privileged place for the walks of our animal friends.
As soon as your reservation is confirmed, a link (detailed site, mentioning, places to visit, weather, tide times, restaurants, shops, etc.) will be downloaded to you. It can serve as a guide "BEFORE, DURING, AFTER" your vacation. The reception of 4 G allows your smartphone to connect your computer to the wifi.
