DIRECT GULF FRONT -- Enjoy beautiful views from almost every room of this direct Gulf front, updated condo with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Recently remodeled with an open floor plan, 3 TV's with cable service & free Wi-Fi. Beautiful leather couch & 2 lounge chairs in the living room, large dining table, fully-equipped kitchen with full-size washer & dryer. Patio furniture on the screened lanai. King bed in the master, and 2 full-size beds in the guest room. The Pelican Landing complex has a lot to offer - lots of friendly people, heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, club house, and boat docks. (Rental rate does not include the departure cleaning fee, tax, or security deposit.)

Great Location

Wonderful beach/sunset views; access to inshore waterway for kayaking a plus; access to outdoor whirlpool good after recreating all day; great to have an elevator for hauling groceries, etc; accommodations/amenities had everything we needed to have a great stay

Nice, well equipped older condo. Loved having the ability to use the screened lanai, but close it off to the rest of the condo. So many have been converted to eliminate this slider. Had ants in the kitchen, but used spray in the unit every few days to keep them under control. Overall, enjoyed our stay, except for the ants.

Manasota Bay beach front

Due to airline problems arrived late no Internet connection so unable to contact realty agent so had to book a room in near by hotel! Only to get WiFi connection and email to say where keys would be left! Therefore paying for a room when not necessary. 1st week awesome 2nd week work commenced on the underneath of the building. Noise too loud and dust due to jackhammer loss of water a few times.

Be very careful when you book.

The property itself is fully stocked and has a gorgeous location. When I booked I was not informed that the pool was out of service(reconstruction) as was the dock in Lemon Bay. The other thing that was very important was the possibility of Red Tide. It came on the second day of our two week trip and ruined our fishing; swimming, and beachcombing. There should have been a forewarning (notified about pool one week before trip) in time for refund.
