Great location, clean and comfortable. Welcoming hosts. Would be happy to stay there on a return visit to Baker. Really nice to be able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants and to the lovely bicycling/walking path.
Jason happened to be there when we showed up to check in. We had a nice chat and met his amazing son as well. Donna was very sweet and always said hello when she saw us. Location is amazing and parking was ample. Walking to Main Street and all the shops was a breeze. We’ve been coming to Baker City for years and the Palmer House will now be our first place to try to make reservations
This is a great location in Baker City. We could walk to shopping, restaurants and a great park. The apartment was very clean and cozy.

We loved our stay here and are already talking about going back! Walkable to all the shops and dining options. The fresh baked bread in our room was definitely a nice touch and much enjoyed!
We had a great stay. Very clean and welcoming apartment. Great place to stay in the middle of baker city. My two dogs loved the backyard area. Would definitely stay again.
Three of us were here to visit family that lives nearby. The accommodations were perfect for that. The apartment is comfortable without being fussy. The neighborhood is lovely. This is our second stay and it feels like home.
The location was wonderful. Walkable to everything we wanted to get to. The house was authentic to the area. Bedding was comfortable, linens clean and nice quality. Nice to have a fridge abs morning coffee. Would stay here again!
What a darling home and rental! I especially loved the welcoming music and fall scene on the TV and the smell of freshly baked bread. Such sweet touches. Cutest place, best walkable location.
We’ve stayed at hotels, motels and Vrbo in Baker City. All were good but this stay was especially relaxing. Great location and everything was exactly as advertised. Thanks we had a great time.
This charming residence was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything you might need and then some! The hosts paid attention to all the details, including convenient charging ports, well-equipped kitchen, fresh coffee, nice wines available (for cost), and what??? — fresh bread baking in our unit as we walked in the door! Our unit was very spacious and comfortable, but I should mention it was up a flight of stairs which might be an issue for some people. I found the shower curtain a little cumbersome and in the way, but everything else was so nice I would not give a demerit. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and wonderful for walking, conveniently located to businesses. Highly recommend the Palmer House for a nice stay in Baker City!
This was a great place for a weekend getaway. It was in a nice neighborhood just 2 blocks from the heart of Baker City. Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Would def stay again!
Comfortable little space close to everything. Nice touches.. local coffee and fresh baked bread waiting for you. Well kept and quiet. Very responsive when we needed something extra.
