Amazing 4/4.5 Siesta Key House on Canal w/ Pool WALK TO THE BEACH

This spacious and beautiful house on the canal with a heated saltwater pool is 3,824 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Boat dock with lift available upon request.
Located on Primrose Path on the famous Siesta Key, it's a 13 min walk away to the beach with its white sand and clear waters!

All new furniture and furnishings, inside and outside, including all new Sealy mattresses! **Pictures are still pending update**

★Living Area:
On the right hand side of the 1st floor you can find the 1st living room. It is luminous with large sliding windows that lead to the lanai and then the pool. The living room is cosy with a L shaped couch and TV.
On the left hand side you have another living room with a large couch, a TV, and a pool table that you can enjoy. 4 guests can sleep in the pull-out couches.

★Kitchen:
The reconfigured kitchen has new custom cabinets, quartz counter top, an island with a bar area with 4 stools, and all new appliances (including oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, large fridge).
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.

★Dining:
The dining table can seat 8 guests.

★Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. The large bedroom features a king size bed, and large sliding doors that lead to the balcony with a great view on the pool and canal.
3 of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.
The 4th bedroom has 2 bunk/trundle beds, side by side, that can sleep up to 8 guests. Top bunk beds are twin size, bottom bunk beds are full size and the 2 trundles are twin size.
Bedsheets provided.

★Bathrooms:
The master bathroom on the 2nd floor includes 2 sinks, a tub and large walk-in shower.
There are 3.5 bathrooms on the 1st floor.

★Laundry:
The washer/dryer are located on the 1st floor next to the garage.

★Outdoor Space:
The lanai features outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the Floridian weather.
You will love the paved outdoor area with the heated pool (salt water pool), jacuzzi, gazebo with outdoor seating, fire pit and lounge chairs. The summer kitchen features a wood fired pizza oven and full cooktop.
The 13, 000 lb boat lift could be used upon request.

★Pool:
The house features a saltwater pool and jacuzzi. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally from November 1 through May 31.

★Parking:
You can park 1 car in the garage (doors are insulated and wind resistant) and on the driveway.

★Location:
Siesta Key Beach was voted #1 Beach in the USA, and is only a 10 min walk from the house!
Siesta Key Village is at an 10 min walk with many restaurants, bars, clubs, stores, ice cream.
Downtown Sarasota is a 10 min drive.

★Additional Amenities:
For added convenience, you have the option to secure a golf cart rental at a discounted rate through our preferred vendor.

★Important Notes & Rules:
- Not a party house, please be mindful of residents
- No pets unless you get approval first
- Non smoking
- Use pool and hot tub at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. House is located on the canal without a fence. Supervise children at all times
- Pool is heated at 82 F - contact us if you want it warmer, an extra fee may apply. Please note that when outdoor temperatures fall below 70°F, the pool temperature may be affected, so we cannot guarantee consistent water temperatures during cooler weather.
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running.
