The residence "La Terrazza" with private beach, which is popular with many of the regular tenants, is situated in the immediate vicinity of the renowned resorts of Cannobio and Cannero Riviera. It offers a total of six 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a 2 bedroom cottage in the Ticino Rusticostil. Each accommodation unit is adequately furnished for the holiday rental and has, besides a free WLAN Internet access, a spacious outdoor area consisting of a balcony, terrace or garden from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the opposite shore. It is worth mentioning the lake view with the Liegewiese, which invites you to a refreshing bath in the lake or a relaxing beach day. For the boat owners under you is available on request a buoy in front of the residence. If you love the Italian lifestyle with cafes, bars, shops and restaurants, you can find it in the two charming places Cannobio and Cannero Rvieria, which are only about 5 minutes away. Each apartment has a car parking space. In the basement there is a washing machine for free communal use. 2-room corner apartment No. 4 B with approx. 60 m² living space, up to 4 persons: Spacious entrance area living / dining room with pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons, satellite TV, dream lake view and exit to the balcony Well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher Bedroom with Double bed (single mattresses) Friendly bathroom with shower, bidet and window. 20 m² large balcony with dream lake view

Lage top, Privatstrand gut, 4 b Wohnung zu meiner Jahreszeit sehr wenig Sonne, Wohnung in die Jahre gekommem, es mieft im Bad und im Schlafzimmer nach Moder und Nässe, nicht immer ein Parkplatz vorhanden was sehrärgerlich war.

Der Aufenthalt war schön und der See Blick ein Traum.
Leider waren die Wohnungen nicht wirklich sauber sehr viele Spinnweben überall inklusive Balkon. Die Betten waren wirklich eine Katastrophe besonders das Schlafsofa. Die Küche war beschrieben mit einem Backofen u. Mikrowelle, dass war leider auch nicht vorhanden. Mit Hunden nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, viel laufen an der Straße bis zu einem Wanderweg.
Für den Preis war es einfach nicht einwandfrei was sehr schade war.
Wir waren schon bisle enttäuscht aber der See Blick hat vieles wieder gerettet weil der war wirklich mega.

herrliche Landschaft, aber Quartier teilweise sehr schlecht
Terasse wegen fehlender Überdachung in unserer Regenwoche nicht nutzbar, Schlafzimmer dunkel Fensterblick auf davorliegende feuchte Ziegelmauer und dort lagerndes Gerümpel gruselig, Fenster ohne Fliegengitter und so besser nicht öffnen,bei Regen dauernde laute Tropfgeräusche durch defekte Dachrinnen, die zu massiven Schlafbehinderungen führten, Quartier nicht zu empfehlen
