Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr hell und freundlich und war auch sauber. Es fehlt ein ordentlicher Kleiderschrank. Meine Frau musste zwei Wochen aus dem Koffer leben. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung ist ganz am Schluss etwas verwirrend. Nach längerer Suche haben wir die Wohnung gefunden. Über der Holzdecke im Schlafzimmer "wuseln" nachts Mäuse oder Ratten herum. Das ist dann schon ein bisschen gruselig. Aber insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung echt super gefallen!

Traumhaft schönes Objekt, leider auf Grund der Sprachbarriere keine Kommunikation mit Vermieter möglich. Im steilen Treppenaufgang fiel am 2. Tag das Licht aus konnten uns mit Vermieter nicht verständigen, das war ohne Licht sehr gefährlich ( Sturzgefahr)

Très belle vue sur le lac Majeur

Appartement très bien situé au coeur d'un village avec vue magnifique sur le lac majeur. Propre, simple, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Accès au lac pour la baignade par un chemin pentu.

Katastrophe pur

Wohnung sehr schlecht zu finden, in einem Hinterhof mit miefigem Treppenaufgang, halbe Baustelle und keine Wohnungstür zum Schließen vorhanden. Wohnung nicht ansprechend, Balkon verschmutzt mit Betonkrümeln, gleich daneben die Baustelle mit Dachdeckerarbeiten. Urlaub nicht denkbar, sollte sofort aus dem Programm genommen werden. Wir waren enttäuscht und auch entsetzt, dass man so etwas anbieten kann. Es hat keineswegs den Bildern bei der Buchung entsprochen. Wir sind nach einem Anruf beim Vermittler weggegangen und haben eim Hotel gebucht, werden nie mehr eine Fewo in Italien buchen, das hat uns diese Erfahrung gezeigt.

Erwartungen übertroffen

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön für Alle die es typisch italienisch möchten. Es ist alles Vorhanden was benötigt wird und es ist sehr sauber! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist absolut atemberaubend und lädt zum Verweilen bis tief in die Nacht ein. Ein zauberhaft, italienisches Örtchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das einzige, kleine Manko, der schöne öffentliche Strand erlaubt leider keine Hunde.

Schöne Lage und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Erstmal ein großes Lob für den Empfang bei Hagel und Gewitter. Der Schlüssel wurde uns ans Auto gebracht. Die Verwalterin war völlig durchnässt. Hut ab! Leider ist der Weg zur Wohnung recht beschwerlich. Man muss schon einigermaßen sportlich sein, um das Gepäck dorthin zu bringen. Es wäre fair, dies vorab zu erwähnen, denn für ältere Menschen oder Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, wäre es nicht zu bewältigen. Leider war eine Hälfte des Kleiderschranks mit einem Vorhängeschloss versperrt, die andere Hälfte auch voll von Irgendetwas. Dies wäre zu verbessern. 80 Euro für die Endreinigung erscheinen uns als sehr hoch und recht ambitioniert.
