We are an expat family living in Barcelona for 6+ years. We love travelling the world and hope you will enjoy our home while we are out exploring our beautiful planet this summer.

Entirely remodeled in 2021 with a clean modern aesthetic, custom furniture, and new everything... appliances, linens, kitchenware, etc. Ideally located for getting to know the city and getting anywhere on foot. Outside our front door you'll find (1) Airport "AeroBus" pick up/drop off, (2) a 24-hour taxi stand, (3) most major metro lines, (4) multiple bus lines, (5) the intra-city train to the mountains, Montserrat, and nearby cities such as Sitges and Tarragona. Our home is within a 10 - 15 walk to most attractions and points of interest such as Las Ramblas, Picasso Museum, Boqueria Market, the Cathedral, Paseo de Gracia (Gaudi buildings & Shopping), Ciutadella Park, Arc de Triomf, Zoo, and Aquarium. Barceloneta beach, is within 20-25 walk or 10 min bus ride.

Finding a spacious, modern flat in the city center with a huge terrace is simply unheard of in Barcelona. With two-stories and 7 meter ceilings in the living area, it's light and airy. With 200m2 / 2250sf it's enormous by city center standards. With 3 bedrooms all with en suite bath and a guest bath, an open kitchen, outdoor dining and living room, bbq grill and optional pool, it's everything you can want for luxury summer living. On the backside of the building we get no street noise in spite of being in the busy city center. We searched for two years before finally finding this unique property!
