- We don't rent the flat to groups where all members are under 25 years old.

- We ask that our guests respect the neighbors' tranquility.
No loud noises please after 10pm.

- No parties, absolutely no loud noises after 10pm. If you ignore this, we reserve the right to end our agreement and will ask you to leave the house.

- Cleaning fee: 80€

This duplex is located in a quiet area of the trendy district of Gracia, next to Gaudi's Park Guell.

Getting around

10m from city center (Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas), and 12m from harbor, by metro (L3)

Thanks to its excellent location you are connected to all transportation used to get around the city (metro, and different bus lines). Plaza Cataluña (Barcelona's city center) is just 4 subway stops away. You can walk 15 minutes and you'll be in Gracia's most exciting zone, where you can find cinemas, nightlife, restaurants and local designers' shops.
