Want to experience Lake Norman from the water? We've partnered with a nearby marina to provide brand-new tritoons delivered directly to your dock for maximum convenience. Cruise the main channel, anchor in quiet coves, or enjoy sunset rides with your crew. Just ask about boat rentals and we'll handle the arrangements.

Important Notes for Your Stay:
◘No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
◘Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
◘Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
◘No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
◘Boat Dock Info
Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
◘Lake Levels May Vary
Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
