Walking distance to local beach (which is Topanga and Sunset beaches) and minutes from Brentwood, Pacific Palisades and some of Malibu's best beaches. 5 minutes from the best beaches in Malibu & Santa Monica and close to Venice. Located by the beautiful Getty Villa. Sleeps up to 6 adults can accommodate 7 with an additional (modest) fee. Not for events or large gatherings.

Walking distance to a local beach and nice ocean breezes. Also close to some of the best dining available on the west side and the Santa Monica Pier. Also, comfortable and well appointed to spend your time enjoying the pool and the indoor/outdoor living. Sleeps 6.
What makes this property unique
Private pool (salt water and chlorine) and great indoor/outdoor living. Sliding doors from dining, living and master bedrooms going to outdoor pool area with firepit. Outdoor cooking area with gas grill and granite counter tops.
