Spanish steps luxury loft apartment

This bright and spacious loft apartment was recently entirely renovated. A wide window wall faces the Tiber river allowing a lot of sunlight to come in. There are beautiful Tuscan cotto floors and modern design furniture. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, heating system with adjustable temperature, unlimited wi-fi, Alexa, a washer/dryer, a bathroom with tub and shower. The flat sleeps four persons in a king size bed and a comfortable king size sofa bed. The apartment is located on the fourth floor (5th american) with lift of an high-end XIX century building. The Ara Pacis Museum (designed by Richard Meier) is just a stone throw away. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square and many other sights are just five to fifteen minutes walk away. Around the corner you will find the shopping district with Via del Corso and the famous Via Condotti. Some of the most popular restaurants and cafes are just five minutes walk away. A metro station and many bus lines provide quick transportation to any sight, airport or train station. Transfers to and from the airports can be arranged for the guests.

The apartment is nicely decorated, has a good size and is at a great location. If you're a good walker, you can reach almost all tourist attractions on foot. Some will take you an hour to reach, but it will be an hour walking through Rome, seeing other things on the way. Taking the metro is also easy.

The apartment was perfect for a family of four looking for all Rome had to offer in walking distance. Very comfortable and charming, I liked the old elevator! The apartment had more than we needed, full kitchen, washer-dryer- and the location was perfect. The host was very responsive, quick to reply. I highly recommend staying here, I will book this apartment again in the future.

Beautiful place - great location!

Terrific apartment, extremely comfortable with beautiful charming details! Great location and loved the view towards the river with all the greenery - we even saw fireworks! Stefano was an amazing host - very communicative, super nice, shared restaurant recommendations, gave clear instructions for the check-in process and was really helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend staying here! Thank you again Stefano! Hope to come back again soon :)
