just renovated by a team of young architects and designers who have created from an old apartment a modern and spacious space equipped with all comforts for those who love traveling and prefer the warm atmosphere of a home to a hotel.

We are a few steps from Piazza di Spagna, from the shopping streets and a few minutes from the Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon in short, the most convenient place to visit the Eternal City!

For us, being hospitable with our customers is the most important thing. From the first contact for the reservation we answer with all the information requested. We often organize transfers to and from the airports, we recommend what are the most beautiful and important things to see, how to move around the city, the best restaurants, the best pizza, or what are the theatrical events, sports or music not to lose.... We are always present at check in, to finally meet our guests. This is an important moment in which we illustrate the services of the house and its rules. We speak English, French, German, if requested we can arrange personal shopping service, cooking lessons, babysitting, private chauffeur service for city tours or transfers to and from the airport

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and we appreciated the modern finishes and newly remodeled bathrooms. The location was also excellent…just a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. Beyond the property itself, Barbara was so incredibly helpful! She was very communicative, provided great restaurant recommendations, and even arranged a private car for us one day to take us to nearby Orvieto. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering it!

Having the host meet us to explain the townhouse was appreciated. There were coffee pods and sweet rolls and even a candy dish with candy. Barbara was very welcoming. The coffee maker was on the fritz, but she told us it needed to be repaired. Great location.

This property is in a great location with shopping and restaurants all around it. The hosts are amazing with their communication and restaurant suggestions, and the check in process was one of the best that we have experienced.

This was a wonderful townhome on the 4th floor. We only stayed 2 nights and loved the location. Barbara was very helpful. Beware of the cafe across the street they charge a fee to just sit down. Breakfast for 4, coffee and 1 croissant cost us over 60e. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close by! Would definitely stay here again.

Barbara and Fabio were very attentive during our stay in Rome. It was my husband and I and our adult daughter. The location was perfect for our needs- we walked everywhere with delicious restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk or across the street!! Barbara facilitated our transitions from train stations and airports. She greeted us at the door upon arrival and made sure we felt “at home” in the town home and Rome. The town home was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and that third bathroom- a gift!! We would stay there again. Nancy and Tony

Barbara is the kind of host who makes a trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she treated us like family. She was warm, welcoming and genuinely caring, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.The location is excellent. It's close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still tucked away enough to feel like a retreat. The home was quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. We slept wonderfully every night and loved coming back to relax after each day of exploring.You can tell Barbara takes real pride in her home and in caring for her guests. We left feeling like we'd made a friend, and we're already looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, a great location and a host with a big heart. Townhouse Frattina was ideally located in Rome, with restaurants, shopping and historic landmarks easily reached. Our host, Barbara, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, recommending restaurants and even securing our family a reservation one evening. We were able to walk to everything in Rome that we wanted to see. While the area as a whole was very busy we were just off the main strip where it was much less crowded. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Barbara was very easy to communicate with. The check in process was very smooth.
