First Class Pelican Marsh Condo

I would highly recommend this unit. I stayed here for a month and it is an excellent property. It has three bedrooms, a desk setup, nice lanai and is thoroughly upgraded and modern throughout. It includes all of the Pelican Marsh amenities. The first floor setup makes it extremely convenient with no steps. The owners are wonderful-very responsive, accessible and go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. Five stars!

Quality Living in Pelican Marsh

The home itself is very well done, complete and even nicer than the pictures on the internet. When one household item was missing the lovely owner immediately provided what we needed. She is close by and treats her renters as guests and friends. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and Courtside, the little restaurant inside centrally located Pelican Marsh, is a real treat. What a quality experience!
