New luxury penthouse-style condominium is privately owned and located 5 minutes from the beach. Entry and exit are via exterior stairs, and it is on the third floor. It features one bedroom and one private bathroom, fully furnished. You will also have a private patio/terrace with a view, just for you! The gated community offers 24/7 security, a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a children's playground, a terrace banquet area, and a gym.

*IMPORTANT: This unit includes only (1) one bedroom, NOT two.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
1. PETS: An additional $500 pesos per pet. Maximum of two pets.
2. The published price is for two guests only. More than two guests will incur an additional charge of $250 pesos per person, with a maximum of four people.
3. Reservations typically require a minimum stay of (2) two nights, but exceptions may be possible.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

THE CONDO - Perfect for a couple or a small family, it features a ceiling fan and air conditioning to keep the entire condo cool and comfortable.

It includes (1) one queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress for a comfortable night's sleep.

It also comes with a medium-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and high speed internet, the Wi-Fi (over 100 Mbps) covers all the areas. It also includes a 50” 4K UHD Smart TV with YouTube and other free channels.

THE PRIVATE PATIO - You'll also have a private patio/terrace just for you! It has a beautiful view and includes an outdoor sink, a countertop, and a grill that can be used for cooking or barbecuing. There's also a retractable shade that covers the patio.

When you rent the condo, you also include access to the gym and the terrace with a very large banquet area near the pool, which can be used for meetings, parties, or celebrations. (Advance notice may be required and is subject to availability.)
