The terrace is spectacular with amazing views! Perfect amount of sun & shade to enjoy daytime & evenings! Armando, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and make sure we had everything we needed!

Might be my favorite apartment after 20 years of visiting the west coast of Mexico

The view is an absolute 10, maybe the best ever in our experience. Renovated kitchen, bathrooms and a huge master bedroom and patio with a bbq. The owner and the manager (Armando) are great and available at any time if you have any questions/concerns. Lots of great people as well, the pool is fantastic as are the lounge chairs/palapas along the water's edge. Pool side drinks and food are also available by the onsite restaurant staff.The building while dated is extremely clean and so is the apartment, no insect problems at all which we have experienced else where in Mexico including Manzanillo.Location is a bit remote but that gives it a great vibe and taxis are readily available or a 15 minute walk will land you on the main Blvd Miguel de la Madrid. Everything from Walmart and Mercados, fancy restaruants to street taco stands, pick your dining options. A hand full of great restauarants are also within walking distance of the apartment and at the marina, plus an OXXO right there if needed.We are seriously looking at a much longer stay in Manzanillo and this apartment and the complex are at the top of our list.
