Beautiful Family-Friendly Remodeled Red Door House

Welcome to our friendly neighborhood. Enjoy our two-story house with 4 bedrooms perfect for hosting 10 people. The house has a lovely patio with a dining table and a lounge perfect for BBQs.
We are only a 5-minute walk from a paved bicycle path along the Rillito River.
The location is only 10 minutes away from Tucson Medical Center and for a shopping trip that's fun for the whole family and only a 15-minute drive, head to Tucson Mall.
The University of Arizona is also 15 minutes away.

The space
This two-story house is equipped with a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate up to six people and there is also seating at the kitchen island. The home has a master bedroom with a private bathroom (a crib is also available). There are two bedrooms with queen beds and another bedroom with two bunk beds. There is a full bathroom available upstairs.

Our patio has a dining table and lounge set so that you can enjoy the wonderful Arizona weather. There is a one-car garage parking space.

Red Door House

Great location and nice, quiet neighborhood very close to the bike path Kitchen well stocked. It could use some minor repairs- faucet, handrail etc, and some artwork on the walls, but we would stay here again.

Perfect space

House is great. Tons of beds. Comfortable house. Quiet neighbor Not a complaint, but could use more mirrors and maybe a luggage rack in the bedrooms. Hard to unpack things on the floor. Fridge water dispenser sticks but you can pull it back out easily. Thanks for the stay!!

Great remodel in an older neighborhood

Pictures are entirely accurate. The remodel was performed well. The only thing that would be a game changer here is a main floor bathroom just a half bath. The stairs to the second floor are long and traversing them to use the restroom was a little onerous. However, the beds were very comfortable, the yard was nice. The location is great for many things and the neighborhood was quiet. ALSO, and this cannot be overstated... The price was very reasonable for 4 bedrooms, and a small pool. Our host was also very pleasant when we interacted with him. If the listing appeals to you there are no hidden traps or tricks, make your reservation without hesitation.
