Beautiful home in Nedescina

This is an old stone house in a small village, in a quiet, green environment and ideal for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Only the first floor is available, while the first floor is not rented. The house consists of two parts with separate entrances. One part consists of a kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, while the second part includes two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. Refreshment from the summer heat is provided by a pool and in about 20 minutes drive you can reach beautiful beaches in the tourist town of Rabac. Taste local specialties and wines in nearby restaurants. Also visit the old town of Labin, the venue of many cultural events in summer.

Wir sind mit unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden.

Wir sind mit unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden. Der Besitzer hat eine Speck-Wurstplatte, frisches Brot und ein paar Flaschen Wein vorbereitet, damit wir am nächsten Tag was zum Frühstück haben. Das Haus selbst ist genau wie abgebildet: keine Neubau, keine Luxusmöbel, aber alles sauber und die Matratzen waren bequem. Es sind insgesamt 3 frisch renovierten Badezimmern. Der Essplatz wurde neu vor der Tür gemacht (nicht auf den Fotos ersichtlich), ist überdacht und mit Moskitonetz geschützt. Da wir mit dem Hund gereist sind, der riesige eingezäunte Garten war für uns am wichtigsten, natürlich neben eigenem Pool.Das Haus steht wirklich abgelegen, aber bis zum Lidl-Spar sind es nur 12-13 Autominuten.Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, auch bei unseren privaten Schwierigkeiten hat vollste Verständnis gezeigt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen für die Menschen, welche sich vom Alltag der Stadt erholen wollen.
