House with magnificent open views of the canals of Empuriabrava with the possibility of mooring your jet ski or boat at the foot of the garden to your private pontoon.

The house is very well exposed, ideal for grills and aperitifs on the terrace with your feet in the water, with a breathtaking view of the main canal.

The beach is less than a 25-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride via the bike path.

The house is located less than 2 km from Castelló d'Empúries, 11 km from Roses and 17 km from Figueres and its famous Dali Museum.
The Peralada golf course and casino are about 14km away.

Natural attractions such as the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Emporda, are within a 3 km area. Walking and cycling trails will lead you through wooded groves and wetlands with a large number of bird species.

The heights of Roses, the town of Cadaquès, the paths overlooking the wild coves are all places nearby ideal for your walks and hikes.

In the house, you can enjoy a flat-screen satellite TV and free WIFI. The interior also has a fireplace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is equipped with 2 beds of 80x190 cm attached or separated. A hairdryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher are available.

This house offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a classic coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. There is also a microwave, a fridge with freezer and all the necessary crockery.

The 4m70 private pontoon on the canal of the marina of Empuriabrava is ideal for jet skis, zodiacs, inflatable boats, paddle boards...
